I love the people working there, and I love the work culture. They package and brand top beauty products, and take pride in the hygienic processes they deploy.

Don't work there people love to spread false rumors about people that are good workers and have the terminated plus they don't even let you try to explain your side of the story there are to many people there that if one does not like you then that person will do anything to try and get you terminated even to the point of telling lies on you so please just watch out

Weird experience, I was there for 8 months promised benefits after three and they failed to provide any, there for my childs medicine expenses and my chiropractor appointments had been paid in full by myself, I also had to wait almost a month for my vaccine pay and that was after weeks of asking/arguing about it, they laid off there entire weekend shift a few weeks shy of Christmas aswell and kinda left everyone in the dark about what’s going to happen knowing alot of the staff had children to provide and buy gifts for, I have yet to receive my vacation pay from them, a lot of the other reviews are just people being bitter, there was things I liked for sure, i got some training on a runner and forklift, opportunitys for overtime and met some nice connections, if your new to Barrie and need a job or like 16 years old and looking to start working it’s definitely an option, Michelle sam and Dora are all awesome all the employees were awesome like Jason Taylor Andre and Kelly and Laura were awesome Gerald and Sharon we’re great and Jen Downey in hr really was trying to give there employees what there entitled to and trying to fix a lot of the problems with the treatment of employees and Has done a fantastic job of getting employees what there entitled to,

Worst place to work really boring work. The place smells a lot. But it is understandable since it's a cream and powder factory. The supervisor named Lindy better not work under her. She is the worst supervisor you will ever see. There is no politeness in her word. Always used harsh word. If you have choices work in line 1. You will enjoy it. That's the only line I enjoyed working. Also the pay rate is very low. I don't really understand why people even work there.

I worked there, basic wage for 10 hours a day. Lots of the machines have problems or have problems setting up. When busy on the line, people talk behind your back, mostly all older women. I hurt myself came back to work and everyone was like take a break are you okay. Like let me just work.
