Massage Addict

I have used massage addict for RMT, and acupuncture and I highly recommend this location for both of those services. I have been going here for a year or 2, and have seen multiple RMTs, and every single one has been amazing.When I asked for a gentle massage, with the pressure you use to check a ripe tomato, or when applying lotion to a baby's skin, that's exactly what I got - the world's most gentle and relaxing massage.When I had a chronic injury flair up and needed deep tissue massage to heal, that's exactly what I got - body assessment, pain level checking stretching, advice; she was incredibly knowledgeable and made a difference to my mobility level right away.Yan is the acupuncturist I see, and she obviously cares deeply about the wellbeing of her patients, and uses a range of modalities to address issues.I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I am very picky and have tried probably 10 other massage places before coming to this location, and now my search is complete.

Amazing service, staff are very helpful and polite, Massage Practitioners are really good!Both male and female practitioners available here.Price is good for what you get, would recommend!

Love the therapists but got uncomfortable with the folks in front. All they wanted was money and no chit chat. Not even how do you feel". So uncomfortable that I'm considering not going back even though I've gone there for several years prior to COVID***I did reach out to massage addict after they requested I do so but no response. Guess they just don't care about customer service anymore."

Today was my first time getting a full body massage and Illina J. made it a very comfortable experience for me. She knows how to take care of her clients and is a great conversationalist. I felt super relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of the treatment. I appreciate all that you do Ilina J. and thank you!I recommend this location for your massage needs. Very professional and great service. Also, a very clean and tidy facility.

This location is fantastic!! The front desk is manned by welcoming and efficient staff. I have had the pleasure to have had massage therapy with Ilina and acupuncture with Yan; I am their new biggest fan! I felt so refreshed and the tension in my back has dissipated. I am booking as many days as I can from now until the new year and will be a loyal customer from now on! Thank you to all who work here for making this location a welcoming and stress free place that I can escape to for some “me” time!

Been coming to location for about 5 years now. So many fabulous massage therapists, many have come and gone too. But they are very prompt. Peak times are obviously more difficult to book, but if you plan appropriately...then no issues.Rooms could use a bit of an upgrade already. Staff is very helpful.

I've been coming here since Jan 2022. I always enjoy my sessions whether it's a massage, reflexology or chiropractor. The staff are super nice. The facility is clean and inviting. I have a year membership (no fee) for a discount on my monthly services.Honestly the chiropractor was a life savior. I've been to others before...but this guy is the best I've ever dealt with. He fixed me up fast.

I recently received an email explaining that my membership was being cancelled after 4 years of having it. The explanation I received was that it was because I hadn’t been getting massages every month. When I initially signed up, they specified that as long as myself husband or son came (someone from my family), it would be fine. Obviously because of the pandemic, we didn’t go in January because nothing was even open until the third week. Their second reason was that corporate took over the memberships and just cancelled everyone’s membership. I was free to renew it at that point but I myself will have to go for massage once per month. Like no thank. Inflation is through the roof. My benefits cover 15 appointments per year for the family and we all used our max benefits prior to this. Read the room folks. Lisa is a dream, strong and my husband 6’7 strong build swears by her. I’ve been body shamed by their staff and usually try new hires each visit, they have a high turn over too. It’s not in a great area, I’ve witnessed people fighting in the parking lot. There are plenty massage therapy clinics to choose from and this one is not client centered. My son and husband will likely still go but if Lisa ever leaves, hard no. Myself, I’ll go somewhere nicer and receive the full spa experience, sans corporate greed. For shame Massage Addict.
