Slow drive thru service. And they got my coffee order wrong. Guy running food out was nice but waited over 15 mins for a McDouble…..

Ordered fries today...amoung other things The fries were lukewarm....I asked for fresh hot ones. They took the ones I had touched and put them back to resell (didn't throw them out!!!).... gross ...and gave me lukewarm ones from the basket. I won't be eating there again. Worst food ever.

Slowest Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Every time we come to this location we need to pull over and wait for food. Even if its something as small as 2 Egg McMuffins, need to pull over because there are no eggs cooked and its 9:30am. Better management would probably solve this problem.

Good place to eat and have some fun for family.There is a kids room, a few kids chairs, 4 tables.My child adores to spend time here.

It's 4:20pm on a Thursday March 8. your company has parked every car that came thru the drive thru! There is like 10 cars parked! Unreal!! Get your s#$t together! I would suggest anyone that has an issue with this store contact corporate office.

The slowest most unorganized staff I've ever seen. Waited 30 min for a Big Mac meal and 2 double cheeseburgers. The 3 customers behind me recieved there food before me. When I asked the staff where my order was not one of them had a clue where it was. Get the staff more training they definitely need it and maybe look at making someone else supervisor that has more experience.

What can I say? It's McDonald's. However, they were very few cars in the parking lot and only one car ahead of me in the drive-thru. I ordered one thing, and still had to pull over waiting in front for 5 minutes for my order. Other than that, McDonald's is McDonald's.On my last visit spilled mess on the floor within the playroom was not cleaned up till after 40 minutes. I politely asked one staff member, 20 minutes later asked a second staff member, then another 20 minutes later ask for the manager. It was only then that somebody came to clean it up.

I had a coupon 2 for breakfast for 9 bucks. I went to drive thru. I had great friendly service, both 1st and 2nd window. Good, fresh food and great coffee! Ty for starting out my day great! 5/5

Usually get the orders wrong, so always need to check before leaving that the orders correct. They always fix it with no issues after the fact. Wait times are usually longer than you'd expect.
