This isn't the place to work if you are looking for a job. They do not train you and have nobody to train you. The equipment they use is unsafe. Car batteries on the floor leaking and no attention is given to the shop. If you are applying for Shipper receiver position be careful about the equipment and they don't supply ppe. Leaky batteries and no gloves isnt for me. Forklift don't reach top shelf either and is very hard to move products. Could see alot of accidents. 5 guys quit position is last 3 weeks. Be careful going here. Burlington Ontario.

Had an issue with what I thought was overcharged hours on a repair.Talked with Kyle and we were able to resolve to both our satisfaction.Great job!!!!

The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Altruck to anyone, especially the Guelph location after my wonderful experience there.

Do not! waste your time and money with these people. Very unprofessional and ignorant staff. I went to buy a truck from these guys and the sales guy was the nicest person you can meet. My deal didnt go throught with the truck i wanted and they were complete different people from the first day. the sales rep from guelph location and the sales manager from cambridge location teamed up on me and didnt want to give my deposit back. after about 15 min of trying to get my money back standing outside in the cold they finially decided to give me back my deposit. the sales manager said the worse things to me that i cant type on google. i should have read the reviews before going to this place.They tried to sell me a truck that was no good and try to convince me to buy their warranty. The Sales manager from cambridge location should be FIRED! for his indecent language. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

Good bunch of guys at this place. They got me going quick, and were good to deal with. Made me laugh quite a bit and were fair priced. All in all, a good experience

My overall experience at Altruck Guelph was great!I was a high school coop student there and they taught me quite a bit. They were well organized at a fast paced. Kyle, Don and the mechanics made the time there an enjoyable work place environment. I also loved retrieving parts from the parts department because they were very straight forward, fun and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend anyone to visit and great learning place for students.

Have had dealings for parts with this location, in different capacities, over the past 10 years or so. Helpful and friendly staff, with fast responses and great turnaround times on orders, even in the midst of a supply chain crunch.

Not happy.wait one more day before the whole story.feb 15th purchase.1 month in got to work 4 days.used 2017 prostar with navistar 2 year warranty. Today is March 16

Surprised to see a few sub-par reviews on google regarding this company. I have dealt with Altruck at a few of their locations and overall my experience is that the staff are accommodating, professional, and keenly interested in their customers. 5 out of 5. Highly recommended .
