Peter and his staff are amazing. They installed my heat pump 7 years ago and did a great job. Last week it stopped working. I called and left a message, was called back the next day and service crew showed up within 48 hours and repaired the issue in minutes with their extensive knowledge. The crew decided to stay on and do a complete inspection and service at no extra charge. I am so pleased that there are still some businesses that have costumer service values and truly want to help the client and not just make a quick buck. The bill I received was very fair and no extra frivolous charges.Great job and would recommend Squamish Heating to anyone.

Called multiple times. They're the sticker on my outdoor heat unit, but they never even call back to schedule an appointment. Wife has cancer and heating and comfort are essential. But they just never come. Peter never calls back. They seem to want the big contractor installations but have forgotten about the little guy.
