This most certainly is the CBSA and they do customs clearance there. I was there last week and they were very kind and extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

This is not the CBSA office. I went there and it is an office building with law firms and such in it. The phone number is correct but the address is wrong. Ended up going to Canada Place at 9700 Jasper Ave Suite 240 and found immigration there.
