Pacific Coast Truck Group is a truck repair facility on Annacis Island.Service Department and technicians are very knowledgeable and trained to work on the latest Volvo/Mack technology.Parts Department is well stocked and able to assist in all makes and models of commercial trucks.The only downside to this location is they are extremely busy and you need to make an appointment well in advance, especially if you want to get in on a weekend.

Mandy at parts counter and Al at service counter are the best people I've ever met at any Volvo/Mack dealership. Very helpful and handy dealership, only this dealership open 7 days in the area.

Brought a company truck here to get a fan belt and tensioner replaced, after looking at it they recommended getting the accessory belt and tensioner replaced as well, they had been replaced just a week ago and were still brand new. When I told them that, they said the new tensioner was failing and insisted that it should be done. They weren't happy when i told them to only do the fan belt and tensioner. Seems like the place that rips off company drivers since they're not the one paying the bill. 2 stars for extremely fast uptime.

On Annacis Island, there is a truck repair shop called Pacific Coast Truck Group.The service department and technicians have extensive training and expertise of the most recent Volvo/Mack technology.All makes and models of commercial trucks can be helped with by the well-stocked and knowledgeable parts department.The one drawback to this location is that they are very busy, so if you want to visit on a weekend you will need to schedule an appointment well in advance.

These folks are still way better than other dealerships where there is no experience and makes bill even larger. Nice staff in service and parts. They help with what they can do best. But I don't like Volvo and Mack trucks anymore as parts gone too expensive and reliability shrank. Trying cummins as no more choices left.
