Booked them for a Spring Break party with my friends Downtown. Their service was excellent and the stretch limo we ordered was very clean. Our driver's name was Kyle and he was ultra attentive. I recommend this company for sure!

Urban Limo provided excellent service, organizing multiple pick-ups and drop-offs in a friendly and professional manner.I decided to hire a limo to take a group of friends from downtown Vancouver, Burnaby, and Coquitlam to a wedding at a golf resort in Pitt Meadows.Kyle was super helpful at estimating the cost as I wasn't quite sure how many people would be in our party at the beginning. He was prompt at answering emails and phone calls, and offered us the best deal in town (I requested quotes from 3 other companies).Our driver Joe was also very courteous, professional and punctual. He even offered to help my partner figure out how to tie his tie. He gave us his number in case we wanted to leave earlier than requested, and indeed, the wedding ended an hour earlier than anticipated. I called Joe, and he was already waiting in the parking lot for whenever we were ready. He was also flexible in turning back to retrieve some forgotten shoes and in changing one of our drop-off points (a few members of our party wanted to keep the night going at a pub).I would definitely recommend Urban Limo and use their services again.

Can someone please confirm urban limos is still operational as of 2022? I saw someone leave a review on TripAdvisor in July 2022 but could not reach them. Obviously if they are still operational I would remove this review.

Although their website seems to be operational and accepting bookings, I think they may have ceased operations. Nobody responds to emails, answers the phone and the voicemail box is full.

Urban Limousine Services in Vancouver, BC has demonstrated time after time that they are a safe and reliable service that can be trusted to take my teen daughters to/from the airport and ferries with no worries for our family. I would highly recommend them.
