I read the reviews before going there and was a little hesitant to go. However, most clinics will have a bad review. I had a good experience today. There was an issue with my MSP, the receptionist offered solutions. There was not a long wait past the time we were to go in. The doctor listened to my concerns. Overall, I would visit again.

We know how difficult it is now booking a walk in" appointment (virtual/ in person). We have to book ( mostly done online ) few days in advance for most clinics. Today

This has been my clinic for more than 15 years and everyone is super kind and helpful.Over the years, Dr. Rakhra has been our family doctor and he is a true gentleman, kind understanding and super helpful to me and all my family members. He always goes above and beyond with every single one of us. He simply is amazing & I love him for his kindness….<3<3

Welcome Medical Clinic has hit a home run with Devon. Very compassionate and caring person. I hope they do whatever it takes to keep Devon in the clinic.

I have been a patient of this walk in clinic for 9 years now. Am surprised at some of the negative low ratings which seem more related to communication than medical. COVID years have been brutal to all. I haven’t had an in-person consultation last 3 years but have got all the attention I needed. In fact I have moved further away but am hesitant to change my clinic.And the staff have always been helpful whether in person, telephone or email. Guess I am lucky compared to others.I think everybody is trying to do their best despite our overloaded healthcare system. So patients must be more patient haha. a bit more.

I was sick and my friend recommended me this clinic and it is near my home as well. When i call to clinic to book an appointment and the lady who is receptionist was very rude and she was asking me questions and i answered all her questions and when i told her that i am a international student, she said sorry we don't take new patients. If these doctors are not gonna provide us medicare then where are we supposed to go when we are sick. I prefer to give this clinic zero star, but there is no option for that.

Good spacious clinic with a walk in facility for last moment issues. Doctor Wu was professional and fast. The young reception lady is argumentative, rigid and does not solve payment problems. The manager was apparently off site and could not confirm my e transfer in spite of me making a payment. Thankfully, the other srnior staff sorted it out.

I have been going to this clinic for over a year now. The receptionist Devon has never failed to accomodate me with booking walk-in appointments. She has always treated me with best care and knowledge. I have dealt with several doctors at this office ofer the past year. At first I had a couple of unsatisfactory experiences with the doctors, but recently I have been very happy with the help I recieved. Today I spoke to Dr.Man and she was great. Thank you.
