Jessy was wonderful with my 11 years old golden retriever for grooming. She talked to him really kindly. She mentioned me how it went and what she noticed. He was perfect. I will definitely go back there for her and suggest you choose her too.

When ever i come here i always do a donation and normally" employees are niceBut today it was the worst costumer service ever the employee turning their eyes on us.We waited 10 minutes to be serve just to tell us we can't buy the bird now to keep it on hold. Which in my opinion it's easy to write on a note sticking it on the window cage ( yellow budgie sold )"

I wish i could've gotten the name of the associate who helped me the day i went in to get my pacman frog supplies ... she was SO knowledgeable and went above and beyond providing information for us. Great place, great selection of things and great staff

Petsmart Miramichi N.B. stocks the large bags of dog food we require for our 2 Bostons. It is so worth the $$ saving for the 1.5 hour drive (1 way) as we cover several errands while there.

Great store, all kinds of space to browse the huge stock. The staff were friendly, talkative, and approachable. It's very rare these days. Great to see everyone smiling and enjoying their job.

**DO NOT SHOP HERE** Ridiculously uneducated staff. They had pets on display that weren’t available (no indication of it being unavailable). Ball Python enclosure had no heating, no humidity, and they blamed her for being agressive when she was obviously hungry. Said her shed was bad when they did not help with the last of humidity. Staff couldn’t identify animals breed or habitat needs. Just all around mess. **DO NOT SHOP HERE***
