Very positive experience. Mr. Braun and Sunny went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure we understood the process we were going through, and made us feel comfortable at those times when tension was high. Mr. Braun very knowledgeable of the community of people he was working with, and displayed a great deal of compassion in that regard. The only thing I would have appreciated, was perhaps a bit more updating as to the case. That being said, I imagine they are quite busy. But when I had occasion to call, my calls/emails were always answered promptly. I greatly appreciated the work this firm has done on our behalf.

Terrible experience. I hired Dwayne to help me with filling out court paperwork so that I could get it done faster and have it done correctly as it can be confusing to do on your own. After 2 months I hadn’t heard from him despite several calls and messages. When he finally called me, we had an 18 min conversation on a Friday where he told me that he would have all of the information I needed sent to me by Monday. Never got it. 2 weeks after that conversation I called and ended our agreement. It was very disappointing as this was supposed to make things less stressful and quicker and my experience was the exact opposite. It would have been quicker for me to have just done the paperwork myself instead of hiring him. The only positive thing about my experience was his assistant(s) were amazing! Very apologetic about the situation, very helpful and professional. But unfortunately I had a disappointing experience overall.

They live up to their reputation as top criminal defence lawyers. Several criminal accusations were brought against me based on false allegations. It was a lengthy procedure, but they kept me updated and patiently answered my questions. They effectively represented me on my case and had all criminal charges withdrawn a day before the trial. I couldn't have wished for a more positive outcome. They are highly recommended for any criminal law case that you are facing.

I never wanted any legal matter that would involve my family. But, there was no way after I decided to divorce. I was emotionally distressed and anxious, thinking it could hamper my ex-spouse's mutual understanding. That might also influence my children badly in the long run. Mr. Anthony Merchant is a rude and arrogant person. Claiming he’s the best lawyer in Canada, although a phenomenal lawyer would not speak down to their clients. Would not recommend using this firm, unless you would like to be treated with disrespect & attitude. For someone who has such an extensive political background I expected more. If I could give 0 stars I would.
