Worst customer service ever. One girl with spectacles but without any name tag checked our grocery items more then two times without explananing any reason behind that. It was such a embrassment for us because we were Harassed by her as other customers were watching us as we were theives there. When everything was ok with our items and receipts she did not said word even to apologize and did not gave explanation behind this double check of items. Moreover, if they do not have trust on their customers they should not close the billing area before their closing time.

Extremely slow, takes an hour for a prescription that is already packaged in a box. I do not understand why it would take that long. When ask how long he said I haven't even started yet and it should be about an hour. For something that is already in a box, you just have to hand it to me, so I can pay for it.

I just called the pharmacy to ask if I had a refill of a medication; I got more information than I bargained for AND the phone call literally lasted one minute. I find this pharmacy to be very efficient and friendly! The pharmacists behind the desk are ON POINT. Yes, this place can get busy at times but I always find myself coming back here. They know their stuff and they are there for your best interests. Personally working in the medical field, I can’t ask for more.

I went there to buy fruits and vegetables, it had a long lineup, there were three staff who were just talking and there were many cashier lane empty. Self serve machine were out of order. It always take approximately 15 mins in the line itself

Worlds's slowest pharmacy even single asthma inhaler takes over 30 mins wait and that too when no other customer is waiting....no sympathy for emergency use of inhaler. Trust me never come to this pharmacy most ill managed retail business of Canada.

Today at 7.46 I went to the pharmacy to get medication. But the Pharmacist on Duty was so rude that he just didn't bother to answer us and ignored us. I felt so bad that never to go there again.

I had just gone through an ectopic pregnancy a week prior. Came to pick up my birth control prescription. For some reason my plan wasn't covering it when it should have been. The east Indian pharmacist goes I guess manulife wants you to have a baby" and laughed. I did not laugh... it was a very horrible joke to be made working in this field when someone has just gone through a very traumatic loss. Unfortunately don't have "proof." All I could do is put in a complaint but he will probably just get a slap on the hand and thats it. Changed pharmacies because of this guy."

Worst experience , stood there for 20 minutes. They ignore you like didnt even exist. and it wasnt even busy , even not a single person anyhwere to be seen. Unprofessional and rude. Instead Visit any shoppers ,its much better. I simply left after no one came to help.
