Took over two hours to sell items. We finally were tired of waiting in the car- went in and they said they forgot to send out the text and that they had been done for at least 30 minutes. No apology. Obviously, don’t care for other peoples time. The employees were all sitting on their phones- and were rude off the bat. Avoid this place to sell. They don’t have regard for customer service.

They didn’t even bother to look at my clothes, I dropped everything off and they were exactly what they had in the store and brand names and I got a call 30 minutes later and they said they were done looking at my clothes. I get there and they hand me back my bin and continue to say that the clothes I brought in was stuff that dosent sell well for them which I doubt they would know because all my clothes were the exact same I left them, not a single thing was out of place or moved everything was how I left it.

Heard Plato's closet was buying gently use clothes and brought down two large Garbage size bags of summer dresses, shoes. Most of them were very nice and good condition brands, extremely disappointed that we came so far and they had me wait for over a hour just to tell me they are not taking anything at all. Heard they take in really cheap and i rather donate my items then having to sell to them at such a low price. Will not be coming back again. You will probably get better chances at style encore.

Waste of time and staff look like walking zombies. Customer service sucked. Felt like you were bothering the girl at the change rooms and half the time she was chatting at the front with the cashier. No smiles and looked like she hated her job. First and last time coming to this location. I have never been to any of the other store locations so I’ll try a different one in future. Not inviting and weird vibes. I over heard that they don’t take high end items. So if you’re looking to bring things for consignment don’t waste your time.

The place isn’t the best, It has unpleasant smell (probably from the uses shoes/clothes they’re selling)I found nothing there to buy!

They only looked at the first few items in my bag before giving it back. The bottom items were untouched. She also gave me the exact same speech she gave a customer before me about why they didn't take anything. Not great service. If you offer consignment, at least make the effort to look at what is brought in.

They wouldn’t accept any of my items. They said my items were too fancy! Tried to send me to their sister store knowing that they wouldn’t take my items either. I called before going and they shut me down before even seeing the items. They were just simple Aldo shoes in great condition. Weird that they wouldn’t take them.

Great Plato's location. The store is very organized, the clothes are in excellent condition and a lot of name brands. The staff are friendly. Overall, a good shopping experience. Everytime I have brought clothes in, they always buy some items too.

If you plan on selling clothes here do NOT even bother wasting your time by coming here. You won't get anything reasonable back its much better to try selling on depop or giving away your clothes to donation. They will give you $4 - $10 max for your brand named items.

I was really disappointed about the kind of treatment I received today after dropping off my items at Platos. I am a loyal customer who frequently supports the store. When I came into the store, the girl at the buy counter (wearing a blue heart and silver Tiffany necklace) was very rude, at first didn't say hello, instead said highlighted areas
