Lauren is incredibly good at her job – knowledgable, professional, and she got rid of my neck/back pain. Her cabin studio is so unique and peaceful. She can do direct billing to BC extended health plans, which is a bonus! I would recommend her to anyone!

I signed up for a massage through the mindbody app and found an appointment here. I saw Jeni Gibbs who was prepared when I got there. I wanted deep tissue and she was great with excellent pressure. The only issue was price at $90 for an hour which I feel is on the high side.

Lauren has a very cool studio that is relaxing and comfortable. The massage was professional and the right amount of pressure to relieve my tense back muscles. Will definitely be going back!

Lauren is such a skilled, strong, and brilliant RMT. I had a very messed up shoulder (and back because of my shoulder) and she provided an incredible amount of support and relief. I am so grateful. It is a lovely space as well.
