I love this location:- Very good location between Mississauga & Oakville- The crew are very nice & friendly- They finish your order in short time- The quality of the food and drinks very delicious and high quality- The workers follow the hygiene practice and store so clean

The employees here are always very welcoming and being a frequent customer there, I get recognized as well, which is a nice feeling. They have never gotten my order wrong and recently gone through a dining area refresh making it feel extra cozy

Staff was ok. Pick up was a mess very small area with lots of people. Great place to sit and watch fancy cars. Free car show!

My husband sent me my divorce papers today and so my day started off terribly. Figured i would treat myself to a starbucks refresher, and that was the best decision i made today. One of the baristas, her name was Jules, made my entire day. Not only did she make my drink in a timely manner, but she made such funny jokes and conversation with me and just showed me there's so much more to life than divorce. This place is now my third home.

I had a good experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered 2 mocha lattes and some cake pops. I did enjoy the food here but I don't like the location of this Starbucks. This plaza is pretty sketchy. A lot of people loiter here at night and it doesn't feel cozy as most other Starbucks locations. The staff were polite and professional and the customer service was nice. I enjoyed my food and my drink as they were up to Starbucks par.

Previous feedback: “ Service quality depends on the day the time of day and who is serving the order. I’m giving a 2 stars rating coz the last couple of visits it took them 10+ minutes to get my order. Moreover, serving the order with a sense of carelessness, as if they are doing me a favour. Customer experience is getting worse. This makes me reconsider my loyalty to the brand.” Update feedback: “need to exclude “Ashley” on an April occasion. She was the opposite. Outstanding personality, hard working. Kudos to Ashley”

Placed a mobile order at 1:54pm finally walked out of this location at 2:25pm with three drinks!!This was once again a horrible experience at the location. The “baristas” didn’t once acknowledge or ask what order I was waiting for. Other mobile orders came in after me and got their orders before me. A customer noticed I was waiting a long time and brought it to the “barista” attention but no one seemed to care. I asked to speak to a manager and when I told her about the length of time I waited she said “I’m sorry about that!” and proceeded to do nothing else. Now that’s what I would call great customer service. As I was leaving I said I would be contacting head office and the “baristas” laughed. Nevertheless say I will not to going back to this location no matter how close it is to my home.P.S. my drink was cold and tasted horrible.

This was my mobile order half empty especially for something that was 15$, annoying for sure when you cant get ur full coffee to start the day at 15$!!!!!
