Went here to get my Ryobi pressure washer inspected for warranty. I was told that my pressure washer should be ready in about a week. After two weeks went by with no call, I called to ask the status. The lady the answered the phone was rude and unhelpful. Over the course of the next two months I called multiple times and spoke with the same woman. Every time I called I got minimal information on the state of my pressure washer or when I would get it back, and this women seamed to be annoyed I was even asking. After one of my calls, I found out Ryobi hadn’t even been contacted until three weeks after I dropped off the pressure washer. It was about two months until I received my replacement. My interaction with Sask Tool Repair would discourage me from buying Ryobi products in the future.

Super awesome, went in for a warranty repair and when I picked it up they explained everything to me even how to do preventative maintenance. The staff are the absolute best, I can't say enough good things about them.

Sent Milwaukee drill in for repair. Got the run around for months about waiting to hear back from Milwaukee on price/availability of parts. Got a different excuse every time, but always milwaukees fault. Got sick of waiting. Went on google. Found parts breakdown of my drill. Called Milwaukee myself. Found out parts were discontinued and couldn’t be repaired. Spent about 15 minutes doing this. So I wasted two months waiting for nothing.

Came in looking for a belt to replace a broken one in a belt sander. Showed them the belt, they found a used one on the hook and 'carefully' compared it against the one I brought in, said it should work, but was final sale. I assumed with how carefully they seemed to check it would work... not that it would be off by about an inch (on an 11 belt). I guess I now have a belt that is dramatically the wrong size and cost almost 3x what a new one would have if I'd been willing to wait for another local store to order it in."

Phoned them yesterday to ask on prices for repairs of my heater. Guy was super friendly, and told him the repair cost might not be worth it due to cost of the tool. I asked if I could bring it in to show what part I need, and he said absolutely.Brought it in today, and there was a lady at the front who was super unfriendly and seemed annoyed to have to talk to someone. I explained to her the conversation I had with the other guy yesterday, and she told me it's, like, $35 just to bring my tool in and point to the part I need which is insane. I get that for diagnostics when someone doesnt know what's wrong, so I explained that it's just to show what part. She just replied well go home

Don't go here if you wanna see if they can fix your tool.Waited weeks with no call for a quote. Called in said they were waiting still. Few minutes later they call me back with the quote and ended up being being better off to buy a new tool and got charged a diagnostic fee.

I have been here several times, each time was no better. I asked for tool parts, gave them the make/model/part numbers. Had to chase them for availability, price, and if they would order. Three weeks; no parts, not ordered, gave up, went elsewhere. You decide if they are worth buying from
