Could barely fit the 3 bikes that were attached before taking the picture : (we can’t all afford cars.

I love super c and it’s our go to grocery store. But The cashier was clearly stealing money and when I informed the manager she quickly aborted the conversation and said it’s ok and turned around ; whatever! At 7:20pm.

The vegetable section is getting more disgusting every day . Wilted and half rotten. Plus very dirty . Quite often the floors are very dirty there and shelfs not kept in order . The whole store seems to be going under . Go to IGA you pay more but all is top quality and totally clean.

Always have a few really good specials. Veg is always fresh and their fresh meats are always excellent quality for the price.Cherries at $1.88/lb can't be beat and rhubarb at $3.99 a bunch is very good as well. Good price for Dr. Oetker frozen pizzas too, pretty much the best frozen pizzas on the market. I was surprised to find lean ground beef for only $8.71/kg as well, just in time for me to make a big pot of spaghetti sauce. These specials end tomorrow so if anything here is useful for you, I would head over today because they will not replenish the shelves for tomorrow.

Tue Oct 18 2022 2:45 to simply pick up 2 items but had to wait in the global line to check out - only 2 cashiers and 6 self-serve!! SO INEFFICIENT!!! Because people needed help with self-serve. If it was cashiers it would have been so much faster! Returned items to shelves and left after 10 minutes and went to another grocery store nearby where I was out within 3 minutes (and they didn't have self checkout !)

Terribly crowded on Thursday and I am telling you it is impossible to stay 2 meters away from other customers.Items on sales but not in stock,they won’t honour it and offer no substitute.Messy Line up at the cashier and no staff to direct you to go to next available cashier, making line very long and customers are waiting for nothing.I went there again 6 months after, it is another disappointment.Many empty racks and they are quite a bit messy.

Absolute trash service. They harassed me, my 3 yr old daughter and sister over 2 items they claimed were stolen but were itemized and payed for on the receipt! Do not even bother with them. Take your business elsewhere!

Nothing like being greeted by an out of order main door and having to go all the way through the self-serve area to enter, seeing moldy, low quality and expensive products and staff that won't bother looking at you for any other reason than to judge you.Miserable and pathetic as usual

Employees of the super c at 7800 Champlain Blvd, Montreal, Quebec H8P 3V9 had an undercover security guard pushed my 3 year old niece, my sister and I aside to harass us over alleged stolen items. Rather than identifying himself and saying that he worked for the store he kept pushing our cart and saying we were trying to steal items and that we should follow him to an undisclosed location, as well as he was going to call the police. We asked 2 employees who the man was and they said they didn't know him. It is not until we ask a third person that we were told that he was a security guard. They then went on to say that we hadn't paid for 2 items, although our bill clearly said that we had. After reviewing our bill and comparing to their system, they acknowledged that they had made a mistake. They then told us we should not have had made a fuss about following a random man to the back rather than apologising for their mistake. We are very annoyed and distraught by the experience. We were the only black customers and they seemed to have decided to make a fuss, while never disclosing what was the issue. They just pushed us aside without any credentials and harassed us. I'm very disappointed and hope they do better in the future.

They have good specials, But really need to fix their leaking ceiling in multiple places, Especially the one near the electrical lighting. Do they close the store to fix the issue, No they put multiple buckets to collect the water. I'm horrified at the owner of this particular Super C. Otherwise it's a good store. But DO fix the issue at hand before someone is hurt or killed. I'll go tommorow & if the buckets are there, I will certainly come back and edit my review with photos.
