Imagine being in customer service and acting this way. After reading other reviews it’s clear Shane is a joke. I’d be very weary of buying anything from here.Emailed yesterday to get a CarFax for a particular unit he has in stock to verify the car has been maintained. Shane kept pushing me to come in and see it in person (typical sales tactic to make you fall in love and buy the vehicle). Ended up telling me the car was no good and that I shouldn’t buy it. To top it off he blocked me after his little outrage.As someone else said, his vehicles are typically selling higher than average and for substandard service. Beware!If you do have any issue don’t forget that OMVIC is there to help and make sure crooks don’t rip you off.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SWINDLER!My wife and I bought a certified truck here in the end of April.After being told the vehicle was in great shape and needed little work for the safety we expected to pick it up the following week.After being told maybe tomorrow" for weeks we finally picked it up only to have its brakes seriously malfunction on the way home.Shane assured us he would take care of it but took weeks to get it done while we waited with no vehicle for our family.When I finally picked it up a second time there were still multiple warning lights on the dash. Shane promised to ship the parts needed to my mechanic and pay to install them.Once i had the truck at the shop i usually use I was informed that the used part Shane told me with fix the brakes would not actually work and we needed an $800 part plus installation to get it road worthy.Shane told us he wouldn't pay for it or take the truck back.Now we are stuck with a truck that is unsafe to drive due to its malfunctioning braking system.After getting nowhere with Shane I filed a complaint with OMVIC.Shane was not willing to work with them at all and the case worker even commented on his rudeness throughout their negotiations.At the end of it all he agreed to give me $500 for a $9000 truck that i can't drive.Now i have to try to find the money on my disability income to pay to fix it so i can try to sell it at a loss.Save yourself a huge headache and loss of your money and find a better dealer.It is not worth it to deal with this dishonest and unethical manager."

Just purchased a 2011 Ford E-150 Cargo Van from this great place. Shane was a pleasure speaking with and always readily available for my questions. The process was hassle free, and I have no complaints! He’s very considerate of his clients, and has no problem going out of his way to make the process easier for you. He also provided us with a brand new battery because we experienced some issues with ours after purchasing the vehicle.
