I bid and won a Tinman window washing cleaning gift certificate for $250 at a local radio station auction. . This was almost a year ago I have called five or six times and talked with the secretary and left a message one other time. I cannot get them to call me back to honour the gift certificate. This makes me very sad

This company may be good at somethings they do but not Snow REMOVAL. They don’t have the equipment or the staff to do a job any bigger than single home at best Let alone take on a 27 unit condo complex The way your company made an attempt at clearing the snow was amateur at best and how you piled snow between each unit is a SAFETY Hazard the way you left this property since Wednesday is and continues to be a hazard. What you’re company seems to be good at are excuses when other companies are completing contracts on time and on task If you can’t do the work don’t bid it or take it on Your company left 27 units after 5 days with a job a school grad child could have done better !

Great service and quality! Arrived on time and were courteous, professional and economical. Windows were left squeaky clean (no streaks) along with the screens. We have a a tall 2 storey so we were very impressed with the efficiency. Price was on point! Will be using Tinman Group window cleaning service regularily!!
