Me and my son bought the switch from a young man I think his name started with a K in electronics he was quick fast and nice! Checked us out at the electronic till. Thanks Wal-mar!

The store manager and customer service was awesome I can’t say enough about my experience during Xmas,the service I received in returning a on line item.Jim was so excellent and so was the customer service staff.Best store ever

Amie Schnurr1 reviewa month agoThe lady named Janet in self check out is harassing customers, almost accusing them of not paying for items. She needs to be moved out of there. So many people have mentioned this!I Know This Lady Named Janet that you mentioned. She is one of the most Honest People That You Amie would ever meet. She would not Harass anyone and all she was doing her Job That Walmart Trained her to do. If she went to you it is because You Amie was trying to slip Products in your Bag without paying for them. Walmart needs stricter policy on the many People that get caught doing this. It is stealing/shoplifting. It is just that you and many others get caught before you get to the door. So you should thank her and not criticize her for doing her Job, and saving you from getting charged. These Girls in self check out get to know The repeat offenders in self check out and in My opinion these people after being caught several times should be stopped from using self check out and have to go through a cashier. The thieves that go through Self Check out on a daily Basis is unreal. Walmart needs to make some major changes to stop it. You and other thieves say I will shop else where at other Walmart's, Walmart should say to you and the other thieves, Good go for it cause we don't want you in our store stealing our Products. Myself I think you should be able to be charged right on the spot in self check out for stealing. You and others that moth off about these Girls that are doing their Jobs are as Guilty as sin. The thief is always the one that squeals the loudest when Caught. I feel that any Walmart or other store are Unfair to their Employee's to expect them to Police their Checkouts and have to deal with the likes of people like you Amie Schnurr and any others like you. Not everyone that uses self check out are thieves, But it is where the Thieves like to go and they don't like it when they are being watched. Their recourse is to lash back and try to have dedicated employees removed. When in Fact it is you that should not be allowed to use Self checkout. Try being Honest and shame the devil for a change. Obviously I am not in-favour of self Check outs. They are Bad for Business especially in this generation. There was a day when people were Honest, that day is Past.

Staff are awesome, great service for the most part! Checkout area gets crammed like sardines at busy times though, just cuz of the space shortage which is unfortunately throughout the whole Store. Also keep your eyes open for oncoming vehicles when you come around the corner of the Mark's building, super tight and I've had multiple near-crashes there.

Did not appreciated the associate at the self checkout coming over and before I could pay checking the screen to make sure was listed the number of items she had counted I had put in my bag matched her count. Which it did. Why not just straight come out and call me a thief? Do you wonder why we shop for things elsewhere now?

KUDOS FOR EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT DECISION - IN A PANDEMIC WORLD THIS IS WHAT ALL WALMARTS SHOULD HAVE - TOUCHLESS PURIFIED WATER DISPENSERS FOR CUSTOMERS & EMPLOYEES WHO WANT TO AVOID GETTING GERM SICK FROM ORDINARY WATER FOUNTAINS - OAKVILLE / WATERDOWN / ST CATHARINES LOCATIONS ALSO HAVE THESE WATER DISPENSERS IN THE AREA - NOW IF WE CAN GET THE OTHER AREA WALMARTS TO REMOVE THE BAGS/FOUNTAINS AND REPLACE THEM WITH THESE -

Thank you Faye a Walmart associate at the Hanover location. We forgot a few items in our shopping cart and after talking to Faye on the phone she agreed to meet us and deliver the items. The round trip back to Hanover was over 100 kms for us. What a kind and thoughtful Walmart employee! Thank you Faye.

I went there on boxing day.. I was looking to buy a bike for my son.. 1st associate I approached said ill show you.. she scanned all the 24 mountain bikes and we found the one I was looking for.. good price for the quality..and my son was happy with it.."

Biggest bunch of clowns you can find. Had to return an item and and was told no because Kitchen appliance have a different policy and not 90 days. I pulled up the website and it said 90 days on the website. The item was not in the system at this store so they refused to return. I was told it would require a manager over ride and they really hate to be bothered in that way. I was treated so badly not realizing that my receipt was from Kitchener and they didn't like that. In the end I was told to go back to Kitchener with it. The lady in front of me was a local returning 2 huge things of bakery items just because and was treated so nicely. They do not.know how to run this store properly and are very entitled.
