Cannot recommend this place enough. Mike was the gentleman who fixed me up and he was friendly, hard working and professional. They knew I was in a bind and did not price gauge and was quick to the call. 5 stars service

The only reason I'm giving these guys a 2 is because they did discount the price. That being said. I had a truck breakdown on the side of Highbury I inspected and knew exactly what the issue was. I called the shop the part would be at and they told me they don't do service calls but they would recommend this company. So I took their advice called this company explain to them exactly what the issue was over the phone. They sent somebody out to help who spent some time diagnosing the issue to confirm what it was. Which I completely understand but then they apparently called the dealership the dealership said the part was there they drove all the way across town picked up the part drove all the way back and it was the wrong part. They ended up just putting zip ties in the engine bay and told me to limp it to their shop, Which also did not have the parts. I told him there's no sense in taking it to their shop because our shop is not much farther down the road and I just wanted the truck fixed. The employee then proceeded to tell me it was still going to be over $400 because they spent the time driving around town. The employee said there was nothing he could do about it and it is what it is. I ended up calling head office and spoke to a man for a while who eventually agreed to reduce the price by $200. but still expected I pay $250 for having someone come out and put zip ties on something that I could have easily done myself. When I tried to talk to the employee about the entire situation he basically brushed me off and told me if I wanted to spend more time talking to him then he would charge me more. at the end of the day if you need a tire changed I'm sure they could manage that. But from a mechanical standpoint my entire experience was a joke.

Coolant light came on our motorhome on the 401. Luckily it was right before the exit and we pulled into the Flying J. Went to the back where our coolant was gushing out.Called Tubby's after six o'clock and they had a mechanic out in half an hour. He diagnosed a pipe with a break near one end. Called about the part and it was not available and no ETA when it would be. Took it back to the shop and managed to have it repaired in the am. While repairing that he noticed we had an air leak and needed a valve replaced. Fixed that too and had us back on the road by noon. Amazing service. Would give ten stars if I could!!

Had a couple wiring issues with my trailer. In as soon as I got there and the only time he wasn't working on it is when he went for lunch. Had the problem fixed in a couple of hours. Prompt, friendly service as always. Thanks again Mark

Absolutely the best group of guys who actually know what they are doing when it comes to trucks... they're the definition of trusting great mechanics... do you yourself a favor and just check them out... quality is never cheap.. Randy and the guy's are honestly good people...who are proud of what they do... period.

Mechanic was useless. Truck needed a forced regen. Buddy showed up and was miserable from the word go. Plugged his computer in did the regen. Wasn't communicating with me at all. Finished unplugged his computer and left. 412 bucks and he did nothing. Was there less than an hour. And I was 2 min from their shop. Useless
