Loved the hospitality and attention for Aranni(sales) Kim(finance) and Vanessa. Fabulous staff. I’m new to Lexus but feeling I made the perfect choice. I luv my 300SI. Customer service is wonderful and their meals provided while waiting is a first for us and a wonderful treat with an amazing cook. Loved everything.

Mr. Ming the service advisor is very knowledgeable and always provide great service, in my last visit Mr. Jason the technician provided the exceptional service for my remote starter issues and fan noise. Jason went extra miles to fulfill my request and acted very professional during my visit at Lexus of Lakerridge, this dealership is highly recommended.

Ming was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He continuously went out of his way to ensure we were provided the best service possible. We unfortunately had a situation with our Lexus but Ming was able to solve the problem with ease. I would recommend Ming to all my family and friends as I know he is very trustworthy!

My experience with this dealership was extremely horrible. I recently purchased a brand new Lexus RX 350 with the F-Sport 3 package which is the highest trim level they have within the first month the Alcantara piece on the dashboard behind the infotainment screen came loose and started to pop out. I reached out to this dealership and they didn't give me any update on the arrival of this part for replacement. This is a 90k vehicle before tax so you can already assume my frustration when I did not get any follow up for this issue. I also purchased a lexus dashcam that was sold to me for $550 in house and it does work properly. I reached out to them regarding this issue aswell and did not receive any assistance regarding this issue. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because they don't take customers issues seriously enough to follow up with the issues.
