Foot Lounge

Love everything about this place! Such a good vibe with all of the plants and the calm music. It was just the reset I needed. Frank was amazing. Will definitely be back!

Foot Lounge is amazing for foot massages and RMT massages. Peggie is an excellent RMT. She is highly skilled, kind and caring. I have been going to Foot Lounge for many many years and I (I’ve brought my husband, friends and family as well) always enjoy all my treatments there.

Foot Lounge was highly recommended to me by a family member. I was looking for a new RMT as I recently moved to the Metro Vancouver area. Peggie is fantastic! She is knowledgeable and ensures that she is treating your needs properly. She also suggested some stretches I can do at home to relieve some of my back tension. To top it off, the facility has a very nice ambiance and is immaculately clean. The front desk staff are lovely. I am looking to book a spa body massage along with a lash lift soon as a self-care treat! Appointments fill up quickly so I suggest booking ahead of time. Really looking forward to de-stress and relax!

While the people were really nice. The prices were really great and they were able to get me in same day. I really like their hours too. However, my first time experience here was less than what I hoped for. Price was good. My suggestions:1) If the staff tells a customer they’ll get a foot massage first, but then when they arrive and you move them to the massage room and tell them to undress for the massage instead - after completely undressing and laying on the table only for someone to come back and say never mind/sorry, please get dressed and move to the foot massage area - I think the least you can do is provide a discount or free water as an apology.2) More communication with the massage. My masseuse was super friendly but some courtesies of letting me know they’re going to use a sports gel vs the regular oil. Or the courtesy of asking if I’m comfortable with pulling my underwear down further than any masseuse ever has to get to my Gluts (I was fine with it, but it a warning would have been nice as it was quite jarring in the moment).3) Slow down the massage movements, it was quite quick and hasty honestly kinda hurt.4) Put up a screen or curtain between the first room and foot massage area.. If sitting in the foot massage area you can see directly into it when the door opens. Would be nice if there was a screen or curtain for privacy.5) Allow tip on the card machine. Not everyone carries cash with them. The tip minimum on the counter is also weird. As a customer, felt very pressured. Tips should be a bonus for above and beyond service, but not expected.

The 4 stars is for Foot Lounge, but Peggie the RMT gets a 5/5! I've been to a lot of different RMTs in the area for my sport injuries but she's the only one that can find all the knots to release without asking as much and more tight spots on my body that I didn't know about. Other places I've gone to usually spend the first 10-15 mins just asking questions and even then, the treatment has been just okay"

Love it. I have restless legs, and during the travel, I was not able to sleep. The foot lounge understood my request and felt so wonderful with a full night of good sleep. Thank you.

My partner and I come here solely (no pun intended) for foot massages. Usually for whole body we go to our rmt, but if benefits are low and our rmt doesnt have time in their schedule this is a great alternative. You are usually able to get same day bookings with not much notice, and unlike a rmt that does whole body you sit in a comfortable chair and for almost an hour you just get your feet tended to. The only downside is the skill of the person does vary here but majority has been good; but the off time it has been not enjoyable. Find someone you like and try and ask for them next time.

Honestly one of the best and cleanest massage places in Burnaby and Vancouver. Not your typical asian looking place. It is so cute inside and I love the plants in the front and zen vibe. I see Jervis, Joey, and Fon for body massage but everyone else I have tried are also very professional. They have RMT too. The girls at the front desk are very accommodating and often do their best to squeeze me in last min which I really appreciate. Call ahead for weekend bookings as they get booked up fast and bring cash for tips.

Super clean and professional place. Booked an appointment after reading some reviews here, and I'm not disappointed. Good prices too.Update: Went there for the second time yesterday, I believe the masseuse was called Fall. She was super nice and sweet! Hard working and with a great technique. She had a smile on her face and was really kind to me the entire time. I went for a foot massage, but she also gave me a shoulder and neck massage while my feet was soaking in the hot water (prep for the massage).The place is still super clean and relaxing.The experience was again super!

Last week I visited Foot Lounge for the 1st time and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute. Right from the start when I entered the Lounge the receptionist greeted me with a warm genuine smile and asked about my day. The interior of the lounge was inviting and soothing (the music was just the right volume). The massage itself was 1000% better than what I had expected (I booked 60 mins body and 30 mins foot massage combo $115 +tax). The massage rooms were all super clean and had just the right amount of aromatic scent. If you decide to visit them remember NOT to park on Kingsway between 3pm-6pm because the last thing you need after your massage is to find out that your car has been towed (rush hour). They accept Debit, cash, and Visa. Lastly, enjoy your massage!
