Took my father in law here for lunch for his birthday and had such a lovely time. We had amazing customer service, staff was friendly, and the food was impeccable as always. Highly recommend this place!

This was hands down the BEST restaurant experience I have had in a while. My Kid and I wanted to try a new place and came across Sahara Palace. From the moment we walked in the door we were taken by the calm, cool atmosphere, and the warm welcome and hospitality we received from Andrew.We choose the set meal at $45/person as it seemed like a great way to try a bit of everything. We weren't wrong. From start to finish every dish was not only delicious, but a beautiful work of art. Simply stunning!For those thinking the price point is high, NOPE! The quality was top notch and there was so much food! We had to stop eating and box up food to take home to save room for dessert!Thank you Andrew and the rest of the team at Sahara for a truly incredible culinary experience. We'll be back!

We stopped by with family and the service was amazing. Andrew he served us with his favorite plates. He surprised us with a Chickpeas cream to begin with, we ordered his suggestion for the Trio and Salmon Plates each with its own complementary salad and fries, with delicious hummus and Garlic Mayo.He finished it off with some delicious Bakhalva and Tea to finish.

Easily one of the best meals I've had. The food was fresh, the portions were good and the service was phenomenal! Not to mention how clean and organized the restaurant was. Amazing place for a date or family night out!

Had a great meal from here. Food was delicious and was a great portion size.I will ask for no fries next time as I’m not sure why they serve rice and fries (perhaps to appease the smaller customers). The food was so good. Highly recommend

The restaurant has a reasonable ambiance and better than average diner. This restaurant was supposed to be the representative of Mediterranean cuisine but our experience was very disappointing. We ordered shawarma meat and mix kebabs. Mix kebab was okay but shawarma meat was just garbage. I am sorry I didn’t want use these words for food but it was so unimpressive that I was forced to share the review with public.Price wise it was very very expensive. I will not recommend this if you know the mouth watering flavours of Mediterranean cuisine. I will recommend try other options. I’m sorry…

We came for a dinner totally forgetting that we just came before the iftaar buffet for devouts breaking their fast during the holy month of ramadhan. The restaurant guys were accommodating enough to let us get a table as it got a whole lot busy. The server Joanna was sweet and took good care of us. The food brought back memories of Dubai, it tasted exquisite and perfectly spiced. My favorite was the hummus and the wife loved her fattoush salad. Definitely will visit again

I recently dined at Sahara in Edmonton and was blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The decor was beautiful and the service was top-notch. The menu had a great variety of options and the food was absolutely delicious. I especially enjoyed the beef shawarma wrap and the baklava for dessert. The portion sizes were generous and the prices were reasonable. Food was so good I didn't take pictures haha. I highly recommend Sahara to anyone looking for a great meal in Edmonton. Five stars all around!

Seriously incredible! Andrew (our host) is super personable and friendly, portions are massive, and O. M. G. the food is all so beautiful and absolutely FULL of flavour! We got the Set meal so we got to try a variety of items and despite how full we were we couldn't help but order some baklava anyway! 100% from me, definitely coming here over and over!Update: he brought out tea with the Baklava because he's just that awesome
