Fantastic new cannabis store in Belleville with great Educators and an excellent selection of edibles and beverages, along with flower, etc! I’ll definitely be back!

Poor customer service. After speaking with Sunday Market, Tokyo Smoke had agreed to issue a refund for bad product. Upon arriving to the store, the employees were rude and combative right from the moment I walked in. Go elsewhere, this company doesn't have what it takes to be a successful retailer.

Tokyo smoke Belleville is clean, well laid out, nicely organized and full of new to me and interesting products I've not seen elsewhere! They have a sweet rewards system that works well for regular users. Highly recommend!

Stopped in here briefly and I must say, it is a really nice store! Justin was incredibly informative, not to mention he was absolutely great at helping me find what I was looking for. Hands down 5 stars for the service and I will definitely be back!

I have been going here off and on for a year or so. I wrote a bad review because i had bad experiences here. But I must say someone must have seen the review. The staff is different there and they seem to really care and have got some good products now that do get you high and on sale. The manager Megan is great and helpful. The one guy Clinton is knowledgeable, chatty and good to deal with. Over -all a great place to go. I would highly recommend checking out the half price deals on Wednesdays. It is far better and cheaper than the res or anywhere else.

I wanted to update this review. Tokyo Smoke in Belleville is great to shop at because of our Wednesday deals, stocking Sovereign products & the knowledgeable staff. Wednesday deals are incredible. I buy most of my ounces on Wednesday. The reason I like the Sovereign Products? Is they are an Indigenous product line. So I can get Ontario standard Safe Indigenous Cannabis in Belleville. Not go to the Reserve where I could get in trouble or have tainted product. As I have heard about from testimonies I overheard from members of our community. Staff is also a huge asset. Truth be told if not for the staff. I wouldn't of ever had an ounce of Subway Scientist because one of the staff told me it was a Purple strain. Most of the staff consume the products to some extent. They have first had knowledge going beyond the descriptions or generalizations. As you get at True North.

This shop is fantastic! Very clean and the products are great. The staff are always helpful, specifically Dez and Quintin; they've never steered me wrong :) They ask you the proper questions to genuinely get you want you want!
