Reta's House Of Fashion

Visited with my mom. Greeted warmly by Reta who was very attentive (and patient) with my mother, who expects excellent service. Mom was very impressed with Reta's collection and bought several pieces.

My girlfriend and I shopped here yesterday and were extremely disappointed with the attitude of the owner. Extremely unfriendly, not helpful at all and made us feel very unwelcome. The store is in need of a major update as well. Will never enter this store again as there are other stores to shop where we will be treated appropriately.

High quality of clothes.

Spent about 25 minutes in the store, and didn't see another person the whole time, no salespeople, no other customers. Helped myself to a changeroom to try a few pieces on.Left the store after 25 minutes still without seeing a salesperson (didn't buy anything obviously), wasn't in my car for more than 20 seconds when a woman came out of the building to tell me off for having my car in her parking lot and telling me to leave.Probably best to park somewhere else in town and walk to the store unless you want to get an angry earful from the saleslady.Good quality brands and fabrics in the store, no fast fashion here, the prices reflect that.

Shopped here for years - found staff to be welcoming and helpful. Nice selection of clothing in a wide range of sizes.

Reta’s offers a variety of great fashion: well made and reasonably priced. We have purchased many items and are always very happy with them.

The inventory is beautiful and not expensive. Many sizes and styles to choose from. Welcoming atmosphere.

Parked in thier lot for a few minutes to deliver something across street. As I came back to my car, I was met by a very ugly person who decided to block me in with her black full size pick up. She proceeded to inform me that I was on private property. NO SUCH SIGN WAS VISIBLE TO ME. I tried to apologize but was quickly and rudely shut down by her. As I started to leave, took a large note off my windshield. She glared as I left. I only went one block, turned around and went back. As I entered, I was met by same woman and co-worker. Our conversation got pretty heated and as I left, I stated VERY CLEARLY......Then put proper CUSTOMER ONLY signs on your business so all are aware!"I will ensure none of my friends will ever shop here. VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE!"

Without question the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life. I can't fathom how a person like this has a business, especially in a small town. Would get a minus rating but one star is the lowest I can go.
