Can't tell you about the food or drink as we felt so ignored and unwelcomed that we ended up leaving without even ordering.We got a table and some dirty menus and that was..errr.. it. Wanting to order we looked around and raised our hand (it was noisy coz it's a bar, we get it) but the staff decided they couldn't see us even though the surrounding tables of customers could. I know invisibility is a desired super power but not when I want food.- at no point, did anyone come and ask if we wanted to order or give us water- when we tried to order, they would make eye contact and then LOOK AWAY- looking around, every table had water and drinks on them except us, even the people who came in after us- maybe it was coz we didn't speak French or because we were the only non white people in there, but no way am I paying for this kind of treatmentFor our first night in Quebec, this was horrific and set a negative tone for the evening.

Good service. Went out of their way to serve some food and seat us even if we arrived when they were understaffed at night. Staff are really nice and beer/cocktails are good

Unfortunately only 2 stars although the food was excellent. Service was really slow, the man at the music booth was very rude regarding us holding the door open (for less than 30 seconds...) and it was extremely loud. Might come back as a last resort option.Will not send my guided tour clients here from now on.

Cosy and Rustic setting with very attentive bar staff, in fact all staff are engaging and nothing is too much. Food is absolutely excellent with a great variety for the size of venue. Really fantastic, would 100% recommend. Vibing all night long!

Nice place to hangout for some meat/burger if you like a Saloon style of place. Couple of good cocktails. Small variety of choices in food but GOOD taste. Just a bit high on the quality/price but very well placed near the main action street of Quebec.

Everything started great, until the waitress came and told us our table was reserved for 20:30. Seriously? They literally kicked us out. How can you tell your customers they cannot have one more drink because the table is booked? I have never experienced something like this before. Shame on you jack saloon.
