My experience with the Staff (Shannon) was impeccable. She answered all of my questions and helped me find coverage that worked for me. I do find it ridiculous though that they won't provide coverage for anything you are on prior to asking for coverage. I couldn't afford coverage until now but I feel penalized for having health concerns. So a fan of the staff, so far not a big fan of the company.
