Awful place messing up administration all the time. Changing appointments at the last minute with no notice. Mixing up patient files and treating based off the wrong files!

Monarch dentistry Stony Creek is the best dentist I've ever been to. Hands down 10 out of 10. During my recent visit the dental hygienist I had was absolutely amazing she was very gentle she knew what she was doing no issues. I recommend everybody to go to monarch dentistry Stoney Creek

If there is an option to give a 0 star review, I would love to give it to the practice. Here is the ordeal which happened with my 4 year old at the clinic. The dentist goes by name of Zaid treated her. He was very very harsh and impatient with a 4 year old kid who was literally visiting a dentist first time for a procedure. The hygienist with him was way better and very friendly with the kid. The dentist was rude and literally yelling at a 4 year old. I have contacted the practice to get full name and details of the dentist so that I can lodge a disciplinary complaint against the dentist with the college. They have refused to help me or even listened to my grievance. DO NOT VISIT THIS PRACTICE IF YOU HAVE KIDS

Extremely terrible and painful experience, ended up going for a root canal. The main dentist ended up using sodium hydrochloride improperly and it shot into the nerves in my cheek damaged my cheek and left it droopy and swollen for days on end. *extremely painful* , Didn’t finish the procedure and the temporary he put in broke the same day it was put in. I’d advise being extremely careful using this dentist, he does low cost methods and uses “bleach” type of products improperly. The dental assistant girls seem very nice though and do great work. His name is Zaid.

There are definitely fake reviews on this site I doubt they have this many positive reviews. My experience with this office is that they're highly unorganized and unprofessional. They have mixed patient files with my children almost tesulting treatement for something that was not required! They were planning to cut my childs upper lip for braces when it was for another patient. Other issues Ive had with this office includes them canceling appointments without notifying us and wasting our time. I just had an appointment changed for which the office didn't communicate and I had taken scheduled time off work. When I called the office to inquire about the change they said the dentist was out of office that day and so they needed to reschedule everyone. When I complained of the short notice about the change they hung up! I am planning to report them to the BBB and any other relevant agencies.

The staff are friendly and genuine. They answered any questions I had and took care of everything with billing. Glad I switched from my other dentist.
