0 stars if I could. Came here for a late night trip with the boys because not much else was open. Called ahead to make sure the hours listed were accurate and they said yes. We arrived and we saw people working at the counter. Tried to come into the lobby but it was closed. We tried the drive through in which we sat there speaking and trying to get someone’s attention for over 10 minutes considering we just saw someone inside. We pulled up to the window and everyone was in the back. I called them and said we’ve been waiting around for over 10 minutes in the drive thru and they claim they didn’t see us, they told us to pull up to the talk box again. We did and once again, silence. We pulled forward to the window, in attendance now, we explain we just tried ordering again with no one response. They tell me that their head sets haven’t worked all week. I’m puzzled. I asked why they wouldn’t have just told me that when I called moments ago, or perhaps maybe put up a sign in the drive thru to inform customers of that, or one that suggests they call or head to the window. They were frustrated by my suggestion and said it wouldn’t work. My friend started telling them his order, after that they told us it’d be over $40 for two combos. All of us being shocked, we said after the poor service it’d be kinda ridiculous to pay that much for fast food when we can just drive a bit further and get that much food for a fraction of the price. The employee was outraged, and demanded that we paid the money. Yeah, right, LOL. We drove off. It perplexes me how this location is still open.

Absolutely love this location! I am not a fast food person generally, usually because of quality and cleanliness of the locations. This store is the cleanest fast food establishment I think have ever been in. We went there one day for food and we were so impressed with how clean the seating area was, we talked about it through most of the meal. Thinking it was just a one off, we went back again and had the same great experience. We watched while staff cleaned tables immediately when customers left which was really great to see. The food was cooked fresh and surprisingly, the burgers were put together nice and neat (not thrown together like we have seen from other places). The employees all seem to be friendly even the person tasked with cleaning the tables seemed to be happy to be there. We have gone back multiple times since and every time the seating area is clean, and the food is fresh. Location is convenient and there is a ton of parking available. This is now our go to place in Pitt Meadows or Maple Ridge area if we are looking for a quick meal we know we can eat at a clean table. Highly recommend this specific restaurant.

I came here after work and was given the worst service and the worst food ever. after calling and explaining what happened to 3 different people they were rude with me and acted like i was lying. then when i went back to get a replacement meal they messed it up AGAIN and when i called they called me a liar again, refused to let me speak to a manager or give me their names AND HUNG UP ON ME, not to mention every time i was put on hold i could hear them talking about me. so unprofessional im amazed people can act like that and maintain employment

Just finished eating here at 1pm Saturday. I got the Double Whopper with Cheese and Bacon. It was the best burger I have had in years. It was so hot and fresh that I had to blow on it to eat it! Steam coming out through the last bite. Burger was made supremely with perfect amount of onions pickles lettuce and tomato. Cheese was 100 percent melted as well. This place has upped the bar for sure

Food: 1/5Didn't want to adjust my order, I dont care if it'll cost more. Just give me what I ordered, but worst of all is when i got my onion rings their was uncooked moza sticks in with them. See attached photo.Burger was a mess but good.Service: 2/5Refusal to adjust my order is one thing I can understand if they aren't trained well enough, but after i received my order, I stayed at the window to go through my order and make sure i have everything. The lady at the window came over and asked me to leave as there was a clock keeping track of the order time.Atmosphere: 2/5Building is run down, bushes block everything, no customer service, no greetings, not a pleasant experience.

Customer service is worse. I asked for fresh burger and they microwaved it. They didn’t refund me and asked to come in the morning. I would never go to this place again. Staff is very rude. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

They don't change the oil at the end of the day but still sell deep fried food that tastes like old oil. Got some onion rings another day and when I got home, had to throw everything in the garbage. The smell and taste of old oil was disgusting.

Long history as I know since 1996 at least. A lots free parking available in the front. Portion is big. Price is super good with coupon. Friendly employees even they looks pretty seriously sometimes. Overall, I would recommend this fast food restaurant.

We stop here once in a while over the years. It's ok. Generally no issues with food. Service leaves something to be desired. Not sure what to say about atmosphere. For a burger joint it's fine, but it's also very outdated and old looking.... Although, so am I.

2 whoppers for $8 - decent deal.No coupon required!Return visit March 2023Tried their fish burger meal tonight and it was pretty darn good.Their fish sandwich doesn't have cheese - but lettuce instead. Lettuce was nice and definitely something different. Fries were hot and tasty.
