Phenomenal customer service. Due to safety constraints Bent Bike operates somewhat like a wreckers in a warehouse. Be prepared to be served at a counter rather than plucking through bins. The shop owner was really familiar with the challenges our rare bike will have both for parts and service. They were glad to help. We will be customers for life.

As a new bike owner, I really appreciated Jim, Riley and the crew taking their time with me! They were patient, educational and now I have a really great, safe bike to have fun with this summer! Great communicators, friendly service and they stayed on budget for me. 10/10 would recommend to anyone

Jim is a Legend in Langley with Bent Bike for many years. Yeah, he owns it! I think it should be called Best Bike, but he's the Boss. He is the Champ of Motorcycles. Anywhere. Period.

Use caution with this shop. They have the mentality of you must buy the parts from them in order for them to put it on your bike. As per them you're going to have difficulty finding shops that will do that". Had no difficulty. Not at all

I rattled into Bent Bike at 5pm on a Saturday of a long weekend after taking a few spills on some dirt that day. I urgently needed a new footpeg. Jim was super kind and took the time to hunt down a viable replacement for me even though it was past quittin' time. This place has a great reputation on the all-female social media moto groups in the lower mainland and I got to see the reason why first-hand. Jim was patient and respectful. He actually spent time chatting with me and only referred to my badly abused bike as tragic" once

The owner has taken time to help me out a couple of times and I'm very appreciative. Reasonable prices, nice people and great advise is hard to find these days. These are the only guys in the lower mainland dealing with these old bikes! Very valuable resource to guys like me with these vintage bikes! This is an excellent shop to deal with!

I am very happy to see the new owner has done such a fine upgrade on Bent Bike I dropped off the wheel and flat tire today on my Roadstar tire replacement

Building a 1978 Goldwing Cafe and Jim and the guys are very knowledgeable and have an amazing selection of parts. I highly recommend them.

I needed a throttle sleeve for my bike and the only options at the shops or online was the entire assembly $$$. I'd heard good things but never been to Bent Bike so I went to check it out.When I pulled up there were a few guys just hanging outside chatting. Not sure if they were staff or what exactly, but they watched me pull up and acknowledged me when I walked up. Felt like friends hanging out in the front yard. Very casual.I assume it was Jim, the owner, who asked what I needed. I told him and he didn't have many parts for my specific bike. But as we chatted I told him the other bikes that use the same part. Hold on a minute" and he was upstairs digging around and came back with exactly what I needed. He took it from another completed assembly and charged me a very agreeable price.He just seemed to enjoy chatting about bikes and helping people with theirs. I would 10/10 recommend Bent Bike and l will be back there."
