I'm so impressed by the customer service I have received from the Peterborough store. I've been searching for cane tips and needed confirmation that I had tracked down the right one. Wendy immediately reassured me that I had chosen the correct one and we went from there. Confirming they only had 3 in stock, forward thinking and a desire to help, I was advised more would be ordered to complete my request and I would be contacted later to complete my order. Thank you.

While recently investigating and purchasing a CPAP machine and accessories I was incredibly impressed with both the advice and customer service I received from both Leah and Michelle. Not only were they very knowledgeable on the products but took the time to educate myself on the various functions and features of each machine. Couldn’t have been more pleased!

Excellent customer service! I called for service on a lift chair for my 96 year old Nan, and the staff coordinated to quickly get a new remote tested in a rural area. Their service staff was going to that area on a day that didn't work, so Wendy coordinated to have another staff member attend to provide service quickly after Tim found the right remote. The new remote solved the issue! I really appreciated the extra attention and care to help my Nan. Thank you again Wendy, Tim & Kaitlyn!

The staff at Living Well helped me with equipment that saved my vacation! The mobility aid I rented was lightweight and sturdy, and so easy to use. The staff were so helpful and friendly, I will definitely return for future needs. Highly recommend!

I would recommend Living Well in Peterborough Ontario Canada for any medical or mobility needs. They are here too help you not rip you off. Great staff especially Carolyn and the owners are great too. If need scooter or wheelchair needs give them a call. Also repaired my scooter for me under warranty even though I didn’t buy from them. If I need a new mobility scooter you know where I’ll be buying it. Thank you.

We are SO impressed by Living Well- especially during this pandemic! We ordered CPAP supplies through their website and they arrived to our doorstep within just a few hours. Their staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a slight glitch with the online ordering but when I called they were very quick to reply and fix it and even called back later to ensure everything was ok. We also noticed their pricing for CPAP masks was a lot better than another company we have used. Living Well is local, reasonable, and professional. They now have our business!

I would give them six stars. They are very helpful and a wonderful team to work with. They came when they said they would and there was nothing negative about our experience with living well staff. An Ron and Scott and Heidi are great!. Thanks again guys for all your help,. Without them our loved one would not have been able to come home.
