I recently attended my first Yin Yoga & Singing Bowl Sound Healing Workshop by offered Tracy and Kim. I can confidently say that this will not be my last workshop and this is coming from a guy with no flexibility and no prior knowledge of sound therapy. The yoga was slow phased and the singing bowls created the perfect chill zone. The hardest part of the workshop was keeping my eyes closed because both Kim and Tracy are stunningly beautiful! If you're into yoga and relaxing sounds or just want to try something new, I highly recommend giving this workshop a try.

The absolute best Bollywood classes with Heer! She is so welcoming, an incredible teacher, helps you grow as a dancer, and makes you feel like family. StarDance has a welcoming atmosphere, fun, high energy and inclusive space - makes it amazing. Highly recommend!

The instructor was awesome. The vibe was great (friendly and chill). Lost a star though because the studio was so crowded. I wish they capped it at a certain number as it was hard to freely move for most of the class (thankfully the instructor split the class into groups near the end so we’d have more space).

This is going to be a truly heartfelt review as Star Dance has become a home for me over last 8 months. Wish I can give not just five, but BILLION Stars to this amazing studio.As a newcomer in Canada I have not only found a place with amazing instructors that have helped me improve my dance skills but a place that provided me a warm community of fellow dancers that have become a family to me.Most of the instructors here champions in their field are some of the best not only in GTA but in the country. I have been using unlimited membership have been learning most dance styles while meeting new people and making friends along the way.

I started attending StarDance’s aerial yoga class since October 2022. I really like the classes and I really do enjoy the atmosphere during the class.Tracy is a great teacher and attending her classes I am able to relax, stretch, strengthen my body, and having fun. Through the class I met lots of people and been making friends.I heard that the starting from Feb 2023 Friday’s back-to-back intermediate classes is going to be canceled. I like that section the most as I have lots of time stretching and doing beautiful yoga flow plus taking pretty videos. I really do hope you can reconsider the cancellation and continue Friday’s sections.

As a previous dancer looking to challenge myself, a friend had introduced me to Star Dance and I was instantly captivated by the vibrancy of their community and quality of their instructors. Kat and Jones (who teach Bachata) are the most kind, encouraging, and insanely talented individuals that make taking classes at Star Dance a pivotal experience. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I see myself improving and I can't wait for more classes! Thank you again!

I've been going to Star Dance Centre for a few months now. I was looking for a studio that offers a wide range of classes, and focuses on teaching while still having a welcoming environment. I have to say I found everything I wanted and more from Star Dance!! I typically go to the latin fundamentals class taught by Jone and I've really seen my improvements. He's a remarkable instructor; he's patient but also pushes us in all the right ways and catches all the details that can be fine tuned when you're practicing. I also attend the sensual bachata class with Jone and Kat and let me just say everyone needs to try this class out!! It's so much fun and you'll leave with a smile on your face! The energy and the care you get from these instructors are just amazing. What really made me fall in love with this studio is the events they hold to celebrate the community. When I went to the Christmas Holiday Party and met all the other dancers, participated in all the games, and saw all the talented instructors and students show case their dance... wow I was absolutely amazed and had the time of my life. To summarize: I love it here <3

In the very short amount of time that I’ve been going to Star Dance Centre to grow as a dancer and to reconnect with my love of movement, I’m already hooked! The staff and instructors are exceptional .Quick shout out to instructor Fred! Not to mention , the enthusiasm and genuine joy from the other attendees are contagious. If you’ve ever wanted to take dance class before and didn’t know where to start, this is your sign ⭐️

Star Dance is a wonderful place to learn and grow. The diverse range of instructors and classes offered makes it a safe, inclusive and fun atmosphere for all individuals. I started with a drop in session and entered into a 6 week program, and both offered high quality instruction and all the fun. Highly recommend.
