Such a convenient location.They're always running a few minutes late and the staff doing the inscription are a bit disagreeable, but it's still pretty good. In my experience the nurses are really friendly.

The wait was quite long even if I had an appt. not charming ports available and the washroom was not functioning. The place was quiet and clean however .

Best service ever! The staff is super sweet, everyone is very kind and helpful. They take 10 people in the morning without appointment, but make sure you get there early. That's what I did the first time and I was lucky enough to get a family doctor for my future appointments. Dr. Johnson is the best doctor that I've ever had!

Do you clean anything, like ever? three times now I’ve gone in there for some administrative duty or vaccine, and I catch a cold or some infection. You staff also can’t seem to run the numbering system without skipping a few and letting people cut the line any time they want. Felt fantastic having to sit there for an hour because you couldn’t be bothered to stop chatting with your coworkers and check the room until I decided to do like everybody else and badger in. It’s such a pain to renew the health card. Ridiculous.

Extremely Good Services. We were in a difficult situation and found it very helpful. Mylène Normandin is very nice, supportive and helpful. The way she helps is quite amazing and she assures us that the right care is provided.

My wife had an IV infusion at this CLSC recently. Isabel, the nurse, was immensely skilled in quickly finding a vein to work with. At various times, at other locations, it has been close to impossible. Thank you Isabel.

I booked a blood test prescribed by my doctor; I had the option of booking either by phone or on the clicsante website.Although they ran a few minutes late (compared to my appointment time), the staff was super kind and the nurses worked gently and efficiently. Thank you for that.

I have used the services of this CLSC for several years. Appointments service is well organized. In all my visits, nurses have been kind, helpful and efficient. I was impressed that, during a routine visit for a vaccination, the nurse (Jeremy) took the time to review my medications and general wellness and was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Yay for nurses!

Received a call from one of their administrative concerning my search for a family doctor that I have patiently waiting AND looking when I applied for a new family doctor waiting list, for THREE YEARS. Tried calling her during my lunch breaks only gets her voicemail instead. The clinic closes at 5pm and I usually get home around that time to get back to her. Overall this whole experience made me very upset and emotionally distress for no reason.
