Beauty Boutique by Shoppers Drug Mart

I ordered a $700 Dyson hairdryer from them and received a small box with the receipt and a few samples in it but no Dyson dryer and I have to wait for them to investigate. I‘ve order hundreds of things online and I’ve never had this happen let alone have to wait while they investigate their issues before I get my item that I have paid for. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went to the Crawtha and Burnthorpe location. Had a return from Christmas, the beauty customer service adviser was amazing. So friendly and professional.

I had an amazing experience buying online.I choose free shipping that should take between 4-7 busyness days and it took only 2 days, I ordered Wednesday night and on Friday night from the same week I already received my order.I insert a gift message, but not a gift wrap, even though I haven't added the wrap option, the beauty boutique team wrapped my order in a beautiful gift bag.Thank you so much for all the care in the shipping process!I still could choose 3 free samples with my order!!!I totally recommend buying online :)

Went here for a COVID 19 vaccine “appointment”. The pre booking on their website is useless, people can easily walk in and push your time slot back. The system you enter on their link twice already has to be re-entered again by the counter. Takes 10 mins for the turtle doctor to inject one shot and do whatever useless thing he needs. You have to come back later to get your paper too. What a waster of time and tax payer money.
