Took my truck in (with replacement leaf springs purchaced) and asked them to replace both rear leafs.I was specific and told him multiple times to not purchase any extra parts or go ahead with the repair until phoning me with a quote on total cost.I received a phone call a few days later with a $700 bill, the repair being completed, and extra parts purchased.I was not expecting a bill anything like that and was frustrated that I was not given a quote like asked.He knocked a little off the bill but I’m still disappointed with the service.
