The quality seems good altogether but the workers seems so sad and I some cases unhelpful. Meat guy wasn’t helpful re sausages we wanted. Not knowledgeable. And Sandwich lady, it wouldn’t hurt to be a bit more friendly instead of sour. Completely unpleasant and cold person. Maybe u had a bad day. No problem and I hope that’s the case but we came out of that place just sad because the atmosphere was not inviting at all. I hope the boss is treating u ok. Seems like that’s a thing in that little stretch of mont royale. I can’t go back in there just because of the oppressive vibe.

Overpriced for the quality. The horse meat scandal tells you all you need to know about the operation. Much prefer Boucherie Comtoise - the owner runs the whole shop, great attention to detail.

Spectacularly loaded with all the cuts of meat and varieties of cheese you could want. The selection is almost overwhelming but the staff is friendly and helpful.There are various cuts of meat ready and packaged or you can ask for something specific from one of the butchers. I am a fan of unusual and game meats so I was intrigued by the elk and horse options.Had a good time here and would recommend it to any fellow carnivore!

Great place to buy all sort of meat products. Their steaks and foie gras are great. Their turkey and xmas dishes all also good. I would have rate it 5 stars if the prices would have been cheaper.

Me and my wife tried two of their ready-to-eat meals; the veal and the lamb and both were way too salted. But what baffles me is their rice; it was hard, undercooked or maybe it had been sitting there for days? Either way it was inedible and we had to throw it away.

Whenever I visit Montreal I simply must stop here. The salami and sausages are so tasty, and so many varieties. Since I don't speak French, I always have to ask about the level of spiciness and the staff is super friendly! This trip I bought a steak to cook up...expertly trimmed & very tender. Worth the money!
