DO NOT USE Capital Pool and Spa to open your pool or do any of your work! They don’t seem to want business anyway. I had them come to my home to open my pool last week and nothing was done because it wasn’t winterized properly, fine. When I called today to ask them to come back to open it and tell them to go ahead with whatever work they had to do, Tina (girlfriend of the owner) proceeded to tell us that they “were not interested” in opening our pool and to “find someone else”. We were floored to say the least! We couldnt believe it!! AND to top it all off... SHE HUNG UP ON US!!! What pathetic customer service!! what a terrible way to treat PAYING clients!

I am a guy who requested them to fix our spa problems long time ago but they never fixed our problems. First, I went to their place to ask whether they can fix it or not. They said they will send a guy to take a look at it. However, they never came so I called them up and asked what's going on but they said they are busy for the season but when I was there I was certain that they weren't busy at all.Not only that I don't know how busy they can be but they wouldn't even book an appointment with us. I don't know whether the excuse was true or not but I was utterly disappointed with their service.

This company has been amazing! They recently constructed a semi in-ground pool for us. We were very impressed with the quality of their work, their knowledge in the pool industry and their integrity. They take pride in their business, worked rain or shine to get the job complete and answered all questions that we had along the way. Professionalism and customer service at it's finest! We definitely recommend and will be getting all of our pool supplies from them in the future. Thanks Ian, crew and all the office staff!

I have owned my own business for 20 years and I would never treat my clients as poorly as I have been treated by the wife on front desk. She was very rude dismissive and stated clearly that they did not have time" for me. Apparently the 10

Came out on December 24 to fix our hot tub and worked for two hours in the cold. Great service! Very helpful!

Absolutely outstanding service. Very friendly both at the shop and during the service. Had a new pump and filter installed very quickly and efficiently. 5 star service and will be using capital for all my pool needs.
