I walk by the place to work every day. Twice. Its a terrible place. The playground looks like a prison yard, with wire Mesh fencing and black tiled floor giving the kids that special atmosphere to thrive. Or Not. You can observe the kids through the large floor-to-ceiling windows and clearly I have a different definition of a loving, caring and professional environment. Staff shoving food down crying toddler's throats. Visibly stressed out staff literally getting in the faces of misbehaving toddlers, trying to intimidate them like a local street thug. I shake my head every day I walk past. Twice.

My son has been with kids and company for 10 months now and he loves it there so much. All of his teachers are so kind and attentive. They all enthusiastically give us a report on how his day has been when we pick him up. He gets nutritious meals and snacks every day. His speech and development is advancement for his age and we credit that to Kids and Company. We are beyond happy with the care they give to our child.

The staff is like family to us and other teachers at daycare. I have seen the same key teachers at this facility since 2015 when I started working in the building. We have been a Kidsco family since January 2018 and my child comes to work/daycare with me using public transit. What kid doesn't love a Skytrain ride? Sapperton Skytrain station is a stone's throw away. The classrooms are very clean, bright and welcoming.We stayed at this location throughout the pandemic. There were exposure events but no transmission. The cleanliness and care provided through this difficult time has been of the highest caliber. The playground setting could be more homey and green but all in all for an urban location, this has been an excellent choice for our family. Our little one is well prepared and totally ready for kindergarten. Ours is a very well socialized child, who is thoughtful, caring and shows genuine connection to his teachers and friends at school and has met or exceeded his educational and learning goals as a preschooler ahead of kindergarten.We had a very difficult time transitioning to solid foods with our child at home. The teachers at school helped us tremendously. He has had excellent home cooked, nutritionally balanced meals served family style to enjoy with his friends and teachers at daycare. His teachers have been kind and helped us through cloth diapers and transitioning through potty training etc. The consistency of staff has really been a huge factor of why our child came here at a 4 months old and is leaving as a kindergartner. They have cameras to log in and see what your child is up to in each class room and we have had free access to walk in and out of his class whenever or as often as we like.Thank you for all you have done for our family, ladies! We will miss you.

Great facility! Very friendly and responsive staff. Unlike many other facilities I've toured all of the rooms here are bright, open and spacious. Please take note - the one person's one star' review is based on observation only and lack first hand experience. Use some common sense - if you are a parent with a child or children in this facility you will have live camera access

My 21 months old has been here for nearly a month and she’s been more outgoing and energetic ever since she’s in this daycare. At first I was a bit worried because it’s her first time ever in a daycare. She cried the first 3 days when we dropped her in which was totally normal. But thanks to the warm and lovely teachers and staff members, when we dropped her in on the 4th day, not only she didn’t cry she also said hi to the teachers! I was so surprised to see how fast she adjusted to the new environment! The meals are wonderful all freshly made during that day! And they have arts project everyday. The playground is a private playground only for the kids here so it’s much more safe. And the teachers post daily activities(including meal, diaper change and nap times) on the app everyday. This is definitely one of the best daycare I’ve ever seen.

I subbed here several years ago. I had to stop subbing because it made me so sad. The materials were really sad, playdough with no materials to play with, markers that did not work. The toys and set up were the exact same every day. They try to make things look good with personalized blankets and things.. but as an ECE I felt like this was not a great place to work. Their PLAYGROUND" is a black foamy tarp. Its not pleasing to look at and pretty boring. They have tires there to "play" with and one fell on a kid and squashed them under it. It was dangerous! However

Absolutely love our daycare. The staff are all amazing - friendly, kind, and calm. My daughter is so excited to go to daycare every day.

Great daycare. Close proximity to public transit. Staff are generally very friendly especially with the kids. The daycare is clean. There's a built in kitchen which cook fresh meals for the kids. It's a tad expensive versus your basement daycare but the place is also much nicer as well. There's camera access if you want to check on your kids.
