I just have to say WOW. They need to have a bit of safer way to go about this. It was my first time visiting this location and it’s a cool concept yes. And I’m sure there’s lots of good stuff but people are like vultures you’d think the stuff was made of gold. A new bin would be rolled out and there’s people lined up and as soon as it’s in place they run at it. I was on the opposite side and people were overtop of each other and I had a suitcase and a bunch of other stuff whipped at me because they were trying to see the stuff underneath. And the staff clearly don’t care but it’s really not safe. I wanted to look but I felt like really overwhelmed. Just know as well the regulars are super pushy. Between being pushed out of the way, having things thrown at you by the regulars I would say it’s not worth it. You’re better off going to an actual thrift store. Super disappointed that I had this experience especially coming all the way from Niagara Falls to only be in there for 10 minutes.

I drove 1hr to London cuz I've always wanted to try out the bins after seeing Tiktoks of great finds for cheap in the US. I spent 2 hrs there (arrived around noon on Sat) and didn't buy anything. It seemed like all the stuff that didn't sell at thrift stores, and the bins weren't changed out as frequently as they should've. Most of the time I was waiting around for more bins. Some people even commented that they saw the same items come back out in the new bins. My friend got 5 shirts for $5 so the value is definitely great. It could be a good stop during your thrift day, but not worth the trip IMO.

Some employees in the counter are rude, not showing any respect to the customers, we are coming there to shop, while your staffs treating us very bad, like a dirt".Shouting in front of everyone. Recently we started to see some connections between them and some customers. "Serving only when available"."

This place is certainly an interesting experience. You rummage through giant bins of items they rotate every 20 minutes or so, then pay by the pound. Bring a good pair of gloves and expect to really dig around a few hours for the good stuff. Do not expect other customers to respect your personal space.

Not as chaotic as other reviews might make you believe, I went early in the morning and it was already packed but I found some awesome things. My mom was told off once by a gentleman who was mostly polite and told her she had to wait for all 3 bins to be in place before looking through the new options. Definitely wear gloves and be prepared to spend at least 3 hours there. Some people seemed to set up shop for the day bringing food and drinks. Worth the drive to London but parking is limited in the front so the earlier the better to start your thrifting haul. Also don't expect to find matching shoes if there not banded togeather already and double check for stains and if zippers work on the clothes and bags. Lots of books and cds but I'm wary to buy the cds.

Pros: I found some gems and the prices are greatCons: other shoppers & staff are aggressive and rude, a lot of the stuff is garbage and you’re rifling through bins of underwear and used sheets mixed in with clothing, new bins are brought out and it’s the same stuff with a couple new things on top.I would most like to emphasize that the energy in this place is hostile and very negative. At one point a child was separated from their parent and a staff member started aggressively yelling “who’s child is this” “come collect your child”, it was insane, I’ve never seen retail staff treat a child like that. I had to go to another thrift store after just to feel sane and cleanse from the chaos of this outlet.

Never in my life have I met a staff member so rude. Naomi is constantly yelling at customers, and today my sister and I watched as she singled out a Muslim family, for an hour straight. Constantly going up to them and picking on them. Singling out their child as well (who was around 8) yelling ‘Who’s kid is this. He belongs to someone. Come get your kid’ when the child wasn’t doing anything but looking through the bins. Why wasn’t he allowed to look when his parents were less than 5 ft away? And wouldn’t allow him to look in the section next to the counter. She was atrocious to him. After that, she continued to harass the family over being in the middle of the isle (seriously? It’s a store), when they were NOT even bringing out the bins, and kept telling them to keep their child with them. She didn’t bother going at any other parent with a child in the store, which makes me think she was absolutely discriminating. Do better. I don’t know how she even still has a job. Either get her some training or fire her. Her behaviour is absolutely disgusting and it’s really upsetting that she is targeting people outside of her race.

Customers are rude, they leave their baskets in the middle of the isles when new bins come out, they get in your space when your looking through the bins and they basically throw items when looking through the bins. When new bins are brought out they still have the old items in them, and a few new items on top and the bins are dirty. When I was ready to check out, I stood at the cash register for almost 10 minutes before someone came to check me out. The cashier was very friendly. 1 customer also told me I wasn't allowed to use a shopping cart... What??? So I put it back and got one of the smaller pull baskets. Then I saw others using the carts, one lady had a small child with her and needed a cart. You should be able to use whatever cart you feel you need to use.I was very disappointed with my shopping trip!

Definitely a different thrifting experience, but I enjoyed it. People were courteous, the staff were kind, and I managed to snag a few goodies. Just be ready to spend lots of time looking through the bins and definitely bring gloves as there are some questionable things (Ie. underwear) in there!
