Shaver's Flowers

I ordered a bouquet, a corsage, and boutonnieres for my wedding day - the flowers were so beautiful and perfect! The service was helpful and friendly too. I will be recommending them to my friends and family! :)

Placed an order for flowers to be delivered on the website. I picked the flowers specifically for the pot and stand. The shop called and said they did not have the pot and stand in stock, so it was going to be replaced with a generic pot. Also, they were going to charge me $25 dollars for a delivery fee (drop of location was a 13 minute drive from the shop). Brought the total to $125! The person on the phone was not apologetic and refused to offer a discount given that they did not have the same stand I wanted. Bad costumer service. Can't comment on the flowers because I canceled my order

I ordered the attached Sweet Azalea Delight package last week (see photo). The other photo is what arrived. Hideous arrangement I could have pulled from a garden anywhere. Nothing close to the photo or what I would have spent my money on. I called to explain what had happened after they were delivered and the associate said 'sorry', that they don't currently have Azaleas, with no offer of recourse. After a long pause, I asked for a credit or refund, she said she would connect me with owner. I should have been and was not notified to change the order. Heard nothing. Called again yesterday, same associate said her note to the owner was 'lost'. She claimed to take a new note and I still have not heard back from the owner. I have been a repeat customer and am completely disappointed from the lack of timeliness and customer service. Very poor form and simply embarrassing. I will be taking my business elsewhere and not coming back. Still waiting for the call.

Very good flower arrangements, I requested for same day delivery and delivered it within couple of hours and the best part is its a SNOW DAY and they still deliver it.Truly recommend it.

The awesome people at Shavers did an incredible job on my wedding bouquet. They worked with me and a picture, and made my image come true.

First, the bouquet of flowers looked nothing like the picture on the website. Secondly, the hydrangeas died the next day after my mother received them. It is also extremely overpriced and would not ordered from here again.

I’m really unimpressed with the flowers that arrived for Mother’s Day. They don’t look anything like the photo. I feel like this is something I could have bought from the grocery store for $20-30, not $124 with tax and delivery.

Not a very passionate woman on the phone.Asked why they only have 3 Star reviews.She was wondering also.She promised to text me when the Flowers were delivered did not get the call.Had a chance to get a 5 Star reviewBut no can do.
