Kibo Sushi - Square One

We bought this around 5:30pm and I got the spicy salmon roll because of the end of the day sale (They provide the discount). Cost only $7.51 incl. tax. It's a good deal and the quality is good. Each roll has a lot of salmon. Unfortunately, most of the rolls sold out very quickly.

I always wanted to try Japanese/Korean dishes. It was my first time trying it. I doubted whether I would get a vegetarian option here or not, but there were many vegetarian dishes available to my surprise. We ordered Veggi Maki. The dish included salad, soup and vegetarian gimbap ( gimbap of avocado and yam). It's a must try.

UPDATE: Came in again to try another day, the service was so much better and the food was still very well made.The Sushi was decent and well portioned, we had the torched butterfish and the house special sushi. They tasted well and did not have an overly torched/gasoline taste like other sushi place. The Takoyaki was a big serving, however the actual Octopus pieces are so small, and mostly batter. They were generous on the Katsuobushi which was nice. Edemame was usual.The Service was horrible, the servers (2 at the time) were so disorganized. Two tables that were seated after my table had their orders taken first and had their food first. I also don’t understand why the server won’t use paper and pen to write orders, rather than coming back and forth to different tables to confirm orders and continuously apologize for forgetting.Please train your staff, and perhaps don’t let 2 servers run a Saturday Evening shift while also running the delivery/takeout with the same 2 servers-it isn’t fair to them or your customers.

AMAZING SUSHI!! So happy Kibo opened a location in SQ1, Food District. The dine in section is very small - 7 tables to be exact. The service was fantastic - the young gentleman server was super efficient, attentive and quick. I ordered 5 pieces of the sunny dragon and 5 pieces of the kamikaze. Both were sooo delicious and the pieces were huge. Great portions for the price. The unagi and spicy sauce were so good!! The presentation was really nice too. This will be my weekly sushi spot!!Update: I went back to Kibo with my fam and had to post this photo of our delicious dinner. Absolutely beautiful and so delicious!

Got a chicken teriyaki bento box. Chicken was dry, overcooked and did not taste like teriyaki. Spring rolls were oily and I couldn't figure out what it was exactly.Service was good though. Wasn't able to get the name of the server, but that lady did well. Thank you.

We tried their sushi for an early Dinner and those rolls we got were so good !We tried 2 different type rolls, sashimi and the other sushi that are like in little boats ! Everything tasted good and the fish quality was great and tasted fresh

It was my first time coming here and I’m pretty sure this is gonna be the new sushi spot for my classmates and I! The presentation was amazingly beautiful and the taste really lived up to the presentation. I’d say this is a great place to take your new-to-sushi friends. The service was quick and personable. The servers are really nice and the manager is probably one of the friendliest that I’ve met thus far.

Affordable, fresh, fast food sushi in the Food District in Square One. They have a large variety of rolls, sashimi, sushi platters, hot food, snacks, drinks, etc.I like to go for their discount at the end of the day!They also have a small dine in area if you prefer to have a restaurant experience.

Had the twenty piece sashimi dish, shrimp tempura and mango salad. Csme here for dinner. There was only one server taking orders for takeout/dine in. She wascquite busy. Had to wait a bit longer for her to take our orders but under the circumstamces she did well and service was pretty good. She offered miso soup on the house due to the slow service. Food is good here fresh and creative display and reasonably priced.

The sushi’s were very delicious and fresh. The chicken is the spicy chicken karaage on the menu. Lastly, the noodle dish which is said to be a new dish is called Seafood Yaki Udon. It is badsically fried Udon, there is also in veggie, chicken, and beef. You should totally try it out!!!
