Excellent customer service! Christina is respectful and highly knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to ensure that you have everything you need for a less stressful experience. The grounds are clean, and are well security controlled with additional security measures in place to ensure you and your things are safe. The prices are better than the competition so you can't go wrong. I highly recommend!

After being a loyal client/customer of this location for 2yrs. And than having one of their workers threaten me as I leaving. I am choosing to relocate to a different storage facility. Only thing they will offer is an apology even than that wasn't good enough for how the rest of my day was. Supervisor wont even offer a free month or something to me a paying customer. Nice ship you run there Christina. This happened yesterday morning 7:15am

10yrs.i pay storages at this place,my storage door broke 2yrs.ago,I treat them like family,they treat us like garbage,mouse's all-over the complex distroyed our stuff in storage,shame on you U-Haul,I wish you suffer one day like working class in the world
