After starting to clean the dryer vent, they discovered a problem with the vent becoming partially detached, and they said it wouldn't make sense to do it and charged fairly for any preliminary work they had done in the vent. And they went over my options for getting it fixed with me. I appreciated their work.

The next obstruction is a bird in the second-floor vent. He quickly cleared the duct and replaced the vent cage. Quiet and tidy.
