Shelley was amazing and so kind. However the receptionist made a really hard time for me 100 times worse. Not only was she extremely rude and off putting, she gave me false information. The doctors and nurses there are amazing and deserve to be supported by a better receptionist.

First time speaking with anybody here was a terrible experience.. The receptionist was rude and unpleasant to speak with. While she was waiting for me to grab my Medicare card to give her the number, she said through the phone “I’M GOING TO PUNCH THIS PERSON.” I assume she was talking to a coworker, and not to me, as it didn’t make any sense for her to say that to me. I’m assuming she was talking about me and didn’t realize she forgot to press the mute button. She did not explain, and remained to use a rude tone the rest of the phone call while taking my info and booking an appointment. Her tone was awful. I am actually afraid to go to my appointment now. Whoever the receptionist is that worked on May 3rd at 2 pm should not be allowed to work with the public in this manor when she’s saying out loud “I’m going to punch this person”. It’s terrifying.

Shelley was great and made me feel more comfortable. Receptionist did seem a little moody and was not very welcoming. Other than that my experience was excellent.

I go here for my annual women check up, as I have a male doctor and do not feel comfortable ! Nurses and nurse practitioners are awesome!However the reception to say kindly is very rude and abrupt. Even speaking on the phone.I couldn’t imagine having to deal with her if I had a serious issue. She’s the only part of the visit I dreadI would of given five starts if it was based on the doctors and nurses!

Got an appointment within 2 weeks for a consult with Shelley NP - who spent 30 minutes explaining all my options with patience. She was extremely knowledgeable & understanding.The admin team up front were very professional to deal with when I had ti change my 2nd appointment - getting me in later that day. Overall, 5 star experience & I am thankful this is an option for those in the SJ region.

Physicians were fantastic and this is a great opportunity for women without physicians/NP's...the reception staff however have not been welcoming to me and when I had to cancel an appointment (that i was unaware of until a voicemail was received) I was practically hung up on. This is for only 2 individuals I have encountered. Other than that. Very happy with this clinic

My doctor doesn't feel comfortable when dealing with female health so I tend to go here for checkups and such, very friendly physicians/nurses, they really listen to what you have to say and provide the best support/care :)
