Amazing experience!!! I strongly recommend this location. I was able to get an appointment the same day!!! The service was impeccable and I’m very pleased with my Bouvier‘s haircut!! It was our first visit and I will be going back regularly.

We brought our Bichon poodle here for the first time—Tia was able to fit him in last-minute when he came back from boarding for several weeks a little bit (ok, a lot) dirty. He also had mats in his fur and it had been waaaay too long. He’s usually an anxious dog, and groomers often make him nervous, but Tia was calm and kind and made him feel comfortable. Her rates are also very reasonable. He’s now handsome as can be! We will definitely be back.

Brought my Jackchi in for a nail trim after two years absence due to pandemic. Service was quick, friendly and thorough. Happy with results and will continue to bring her here now that things are back to normal.

Just took my wheaten poodle there for sanitary cut + moustache trim as well as a self service wash. She was great at getting the mattes cut out of our dog’s paws and butt. Self service wash was also good as she had a variety of shampoos for different needs and had a high power dryer we used after the wash. The whole thing cost around $56 which is a good price for partial cut + wash for a medium sized dog.

Highly recommend!! They are so thorough that they were the first groomer after 3 years to bother to check to clean my dogs ears and found a lot of dirt. Sadie even gets excited when we’re close to the shop because she remembers them. Needless to say she can hear and listen much better now. Thanks Tia! Definitely will be back again.

We got our two Bichon puppies groomed for the first time and they both had a great time. Carly was very friendly and fast with cutting our pups. Was very happy with the service.

Good price, and easy to book an appointment, but I’m really disappointed of the cut they did to my puppy, they literally removed everything, and there are still some long hair remaining on some sides, and the cut is not equal.

Horrible place. The animal was shaved off completely even though we asked for a bit shorter. The fluffy Pomeranian started looking like a bald chihuahua

Looking for a new groomer closer to home, I made an appointment here for my 5-year old golden retriever. It's a small shop is in basement of the Aura building, I used the unit numbers to find it as it is not obvious where it is at first. My dog got a wash, dry, and trim. Grooming service was excellent, friendly, and on time. I got a text message reminder the morning of the appointment and I got another text message when she was ready for pick-up. It took about 2 hours start to finish and the price was comparable to other places I've been. My dog was clean, soft, and happy at the end of the visit. The trim was exactly as I had requested. I would definitely come back.

She said she could take my dog right away so I had to take it. She said she would charge me $70.00, but charged me $79.00, and parking was a big hassle. It took me 30 min to get there and she told me she didn’t think she had time! I searched for a solution and we agreed he could be locked in a cage in the shop while she was gone. She said she’d be back at 12:45 so I hustled my way back to get there and she was late by 20 min and I was paying for parking too while she overcharged me. Great food court there however- good value there.
