Easy Installations
I am impressed, my new kitchen is awesome. Working with Adrienne at Easy Installations and Tom at T-Square was easy and pleasurable. There were very few issues to deal with, if so, they were dealt with right away. I am so happy with the design and cabinets, love my new island. I am using them again for my bathroom renovations. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Easy Installations
Everyone at Easy Installations were very nice and respectful. Any problems that arose, they dealt with swiftly. The finished product is beyond what we had hoped for. Everyone who comes into our home and sees our new kitchen fall in love with it! A few people have commented that this is the kitchen they have always wanted. You can be assured that these guys will get the job done and done right (even if it takes a little longer, its worth the wait). Cheers

Easy Installations
Easy installations and T-Square completed our amazing kitchen renovation. The transformation was incredible and they made the process painless. Communication throughout was exceptional and the quality of the work extraordinary. They took the time to make it an enjoyable process for our young children as well, taking the time to talk through the work they were doing. We highly recommend both companies and could not be happier with the work that was done.

Easy Installations
Easy installations and T-Square recently completed a kitchen renovation for us which we are delighted with. From initial consultation and design and planning with Amy to the installation and finishing with T-Square it was an easy, enjoyable and efficient process. All the people involved - office staff, installer, carpenter, plumber, electrician and countertop guys were professional and efficient, as well as pleasant to have in our house. Everyone made an effort to make sure things were done in a timely manner and that we were satisfied with the work being done. We highly recommend Easy Installations and T-Square!

Easy Installations
We paid the first deposit for our small kitchen renovation project on December 24, 2021. The project started as scheduled in April 2022. Everything proceeded over the next 4 months with average delays due to supply chain and staff shortages. There was no proactive communication about these delays, I was left waiting for responses to emails on most occasions except when I included the office administrator in the communication. I expressed this frustration with the lack of customer service to the project manager, Tom, to the office admin, Dana and to the owner, Tony at the beginning of August, asking for more timely communication.By end of September 2022 the final pieces that were on back order were installed and we had updated the deficiency list with some very minor fixes. There was a site visit at the end of October to address some of the deficiency list items.I never heard back from anyone from Easy Installations or T-Square until end of January 2023. By that point I had assumed they were not coming back and I was managing most of the deficiencies on my own. I expressed this confusion to Tom. Over the next month there were a couple more miscommunications for scheduled site visits and a final painting to address the original deficiency list from September. Although there were still small fixes to do, I was DONE with this project.There was a visit by Tom mid February 2023 to present the final bill where I asked to have a meeting with Tony to discuss my final bill and the project overall. I waited over 10 days when the office contacted me to schedule a walk through for our deficiency list??!! After calling the office and explaining our project status, it became clear that all the admin and accounting staff were new and not up to date. We schedule a final bill meeting at my home on February 27, 2023. At that meeting Tony did not attend, instead Tom presented my bill saying he had talked to Tony about it.The lack of customer service, follow up, follow through and general miscommunications has made this project end on a very negative note. My kitchen is complete and I am satisfied with the end product in general (with some minor deficiencies that I refuse to wait for any longer) but I CAN NOT recommend Easy Installations or T-Square as a company that operates with any sense of customer service or integrity.

The design and construction teams were fast to communicate, and professional. There were some delays from IKEA with suppliers of cabinetry, but everything was spelled out and well understood, so we were able to plan for any potential delays. We love our new kitchen, and would recommend easy installations if you are looking to replace yours.

Easy Installations
Ester did a great job designing our kitchen and found a great location and work-around for an island. We were going to install it ourselves but decided near the end to have Easy Installations install it. One of the best decisions we made in our home renovation! They adjusted their timelines to accommodate us, and we had a seamless and professional installation. Highly recommend Easy Installations!

Easy Installations
This was our experience with Easy Installation and T-Square construction:-job was scheduled to start with the walk through on June 22/22. Then was informed that an installer went on leave (later on in the job another installer quit and another was fired) and our walk through was postponed until July 6/22.-July 11/22 old cabinets were removed-July 25/22 new cabinets scheduled to arrive but didn’t show up until July 29/22-August 2/22 cabinets partially installed-August 5/22 minor drywalling done-August 8/22 counter templation- August 24/22 counter installed-August 25/22 minor plumbing work-August 29-30/22 tile work done-August 31/22 minor electrical work done-September 14/22 installer on job for 1 hour-September 28/22 project Manager on job for 1 hour-month of October nobody came to the job-month of November nobody came to the job-December 7/22 installer on job for a few hours-January 20/23 installer on job for a few hours- February 9/23 installer on job-March 10/23 installer on job-March 15/23 installer on jobApproximately 8 months to complete a very simple kitchen reno. No flooring, no painting, minimal electrical, minimal plumbing, minimal drywall work.-designer made two major measuring mistakes that would have been disastrous if I hadn’t caught them.-designer also mis-measured two cabinet doors that had to be reordered which set things back.-we found the project manager to be condescending and dismissive-would say things to appease us but no follow through-went on holidays without touching base with us about the job-did three separate deficiency reports and on all three occasions the installer would show up after and not have any idea what he was supposed to be doing-during the second deficiency report he commented to us that he was making it detailed so it was idiot proof. So basically he called his installer an idiot in front of his clients. This may give insight into why they have trouble attracting and retaining installers.-When it came to the third deficiency report he arrived a day early which I commented on. He argued that he was not a day early so I showed him the email I received from their office with the date. He then pulls out his phone and shows me his schedule. What a professional would have done was leave their phone in their pocket and say to their clients “I apologize for the mix up with dates but since I am here could we go ahead with the deficiency report.-when the installer was putting on trim in front of the under cabinet lighting two nails went right through and damaged the inside of the cabinet. The project instructed the installer to cover it with vinyl stickers. It looks very unprofessional and will attracted dust and grime over time.-every time the project manager came to our house he left behind a very pungent odour of stale cigarette smoke and on a few occasions it was mixed with BO. We found his whole attitude and presentation very unprofessional.-communication is a problem with T-Square and Easy Installation. Calls aren’t returned in a timely manner. They seem some what disorganized and they went through several front office personnel while we were dealing with them.**One positive experience we had during this reno was Bullseye the Granite Guy. Excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable and professional. Any issues we had were dealt with and resolved in a very timely manner.***Response to owners commentsDownplaying your site manager calling his employee an idiot, his attitude towards clients and his lack of personal hygiene just highlights a systemic problem within your company. And your reference to my comment that one installer had quit and one was fired came from the site managers mouth to explain why there were so many delays.

I love my new kitchen! It has turned out to be everything I had imagined and working with Esther on the design was great. Despite a few delays with regard to Ikea product availability it was definitely worth it.

Easy Installations
Horrible experience with a terrible company. Poor communication, workmanship and attention to detail. Way too many screwups to list during the 12 month ordeal. I do not recommend this company or its affiliates to anyone. Very disappointing!!
