Three times my dad and I asked for light ice in our drinks, and we expressed that we wanted little amount of ice, and we still got more than half the cup of ice. She even lied to us and said she made sure it was light ice.

Went early on Sunday morning to grab some breakfast after picking up groceries. Service was good in a timely manner and the order was correct. It was nice to be in and out. Sometimes this location is extremely busy but this morning was nice.

Outright just terrible staff are untrained and do not know what they are doing, drive through is 30-45 minutes wait inside 30-60 doesn't matter how you order.DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE!

Went to McDonald's for the first time in a while. The patties on the Big Mac were small and the root beer tasted weird. The hot fudge sundae was good and hadn't changed thankfully. Was only worth it with the coupon. Should rename it the tiny mac.

Wasn't very busy but took a very long time to get our food fries we're barley warm and wow way overpriced might as well eat at a steak house pretty much spending the same amount.... My kid wanted another cheeseburger before we left and we waited over 15 minutes for a burger and fries and they also got rid of salads not sure why

My second review ever for anything and all I can say is consistently the worst McDonald's I have ever encountered. Every order I have placed almost always is wrong. the employees look miserable and could care less if a customer is upset. If you complain you get the obligatory I apologize mam..." Don't apologize just fix your store. Train your people better. There are like 20 people working and still I get misinformation and the wrong order consistently. I will not go there again which is too bad because it's the only McDonald's in town. Shape up!"

I have to say I was very impressed with this McDonald’s location. Food was good. Cashier offered to bring me my food. Person cleaning the tables asked me how my meal was and then proceeded to tell me to have a good day. Never had this kind of interaction at a McDonald’s. it was nice! Very clean restaurant!

I ordered a mcchicken sandwich at McDonald’s tower street location yesterday. It was terrible. Bun was spungie, very little mayo and lettuce. Very disappointing. Obviously quality has gone down. I paid almost $10.00 for a terrible sandwich and small fries.Never again. Back to quality at Harvey’s, A&W or Wendys.
