Signature Perfume

Sadly the customer service at this place is so poor the girls have attitudes and they are very snarky stay away she also commented that I would be an annoying customer when I walked through the door but I just ignored it and went in anyways avoid the girl with the long black hair ! The worst store ever stay away !

They deserve zero stars!!! SCAM!! They sell garbage perfume for premium prices and tell you some lame stories of how exclusive this scent is and only available at holt renfrew etc etc. I was discouraged from my original choices which were branded bottles and told to buy the ones she suggested which are only worth like $30-40!!! They even have a script when you call them to ask why they ripped you off. Luckily my bottles where still sealed and I immediately went back and switched for the name brand bottles I originally wanted. Buyer beware do not shop here!!

Their fragrance last only few minutes.False pricing and much more than online price.Don’t trust employees words.Rather use your money wisely.

Please don’t buy from this shop. The lady who introduce a brand and she cheated me on Black Friday. I just checked the price online it’s only 41 dollars and she takes 101.81 dollars. Don’t buy any stuff from this shop. They will cheat you….please aware fraudulence….such a bad experience in my life…..

I am usually i check all stores and online but today I was so rushed and very tight time to go birthday party i was looking nice perfume for my friends i buy Rich Delic they told me very famous and nice perfume and if i buy the second one they gonna give me 40% i buy to very expensive for two i paid $225 and after i checked online it's $50 each.it stupid and poor customer service too.all SCAM". All the ladies working inside tend to sell you some stupid perfumes which are unknown and outdated. When checked for these perfumes online - these are 30-40 bucks sold for 130-140 which are told to us as brands which are very similar to the premium ones and are better. Total rip off on various levels. Not recommended. Never to visit these stores. When caught on the stupidity - actual colors of the employers show up

The price for this one was $80 but the lady gave a discount of 40%. I looked online hardly found this brand. If it does, normally the price is less than $30. With no option for a refund, and overcharged price. I will not go back and I recommend to others as well.

The sales lady there once told me that she is selling the perfume at a lower price only because she is there. After her work shift, the price will go up. That strategy alone tells me how this establishment is built on scam. Poorly managed and very unprofessional. Desperate to have sales revenue but to resort to such kind of approach is just despicable. Never going back to this store anymore as there are other stores out there that I'd rather give my business to.

I will give them four stores for having 'Jean Paul Gaultier Ultra Male'. Other than that the negative reviews are actually quite accurate. They had me smell all these weird sus fragrances that I never heard of the brand before which were actually quite expensive for the generic DNA they had etc. Overall I left the store with Ultra Male as a happy customer but DO NOT ever buy anything they recommend, do your research and buy only what you want as a customer.

Always check the price of similar product online before you purchase. The lady would keep suggesting you some unknown brand and giving you a story about the brand and make it sounds like it would cost a lot of money. That will mark up the price by over 300% and then give you a discount to make it sounds like you got a big deal. If you're not aware of the price, you will be RIPPED OFF.There's no refund and exchange only within 14 days.See attachment for prove.

Almost got scammed on Black Friday, so called 40% discountCheck prices online before buying.I brought some perfume here for 99$. Later I found out, same perfume can be brought for 40$ from amazon.
