Nu-Life Carpet Care

My 10-year-old carpets look like new since having Nu-Life Carpet Care clean them. The carpets had dark paths with sticky residue that I worried had ruined the carpets permanently. But Nu-Life cleaned up everything and I'm thrilled with the results. The cleaners were polite, friendly and professional. And the price was far less than I expected for my two-story, 2,700-foot house with carpet on three levels. The cleaners offered to clean a small, well-used area carpet and the result was a carpet I barely recognized.

When we called Nu-Life to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning in our condo Pat took the time to explain what we needed to do in order to prepare for the cleaning and what to expect as far as what needed to be done, how long it would take and what the outcome would be. The technician called about 40 minutes before the scheduled appointment to let us know they were on their way and they arrived before the scheduled appointment time. The technician walked through the rooms and took the time to explain the procedure. They were finished in the time they said it would take and we are extremely pleased at how fantastic our carpets look. The last time we had them steam cleaned was 6 years ago. We were impressed with the professionalism and respect of the technicians.

I thought this was going to be a great experience, but unfortunately was not. Yes the carpet was heavily spoiled. But once the carpet dried the smell was still there. And at closer inspection there were many spots that were not touched. The smell was so bad, I removed the carpet. While removing the carpet there were so many remaining stains. I believe there equipment is under powered. They did offer to come back and touch up, thanks but no thanks. I did ask for competition but no response!!!!

The quality of their work is outstanding. Nice people who were respectful of our home. The carpets were cleaned beautifully. This is the 2nd time I have used Nu-Life and will continue to use them. Quality service matters to us and Nu-life is just that. Highly recommended!!

Our Condo Board hired NuLife to clean our carpets. They did an excellent job! Each person I spoke with was polite friendly and knowledgeable. We are impressed with their work . We definitely recommend them!

Nu-Life was at our condo building offering suite cleanings and we took advantage of their offer. My fiance had to leave for an appointment before they would have been here so we called NuLife and Yvonne was so helpful with arranging one of the guys to come to our unit before scheduled just to ensure we could use their services.Brandon was awesome and did an amazing job cleaning the carpet, especially our deeply stained areas. He was very friendly and professional and even recommended one of their products to get rid of a deeper stain.We would definitely recommend these guys if you're needing your carpets cleaned!

Nu-Life was recommended to us by our cleaning service, Maid for a Day. They did an extremely thorough job and took the time to explain the entire cleaning process to us. Our carpets had never been cleaned since we took up residence here and they needed it! I really enjoyed the two workers who came over. They were pleasant, professional and easy to have around the house. They were focused on their work but we exchanged some interesting conversation as well! This service was not cheap. There was significant humidity in our home over the past few days while the carpets dried out (par for the course in winter!). Some nasty spots that had been in our basement since we moved in are now gone. We are going on an extended trip soon and are very glad to leave our tenants with such clean carpets. Jon at Nulife Carpet Care came to my rescue after I'd had a bad experience with an exterminator who left many stains on brand new cream colored carpet. Jon fit in my service call quickly and came over to take care of multiple large dark spots. Amazingly he got then almost all out and said he'd check back after the carpet dried, and I was to vacuum it again, to see how effective the treatment was. He called back about a week later. There was still a bit of evidence of the stains in a couple of places so he gave it more treatment. After his second trip the stains are all gone. I couldn't be happier and am very relived! He is very knowledgeable about the cleaning he does and what's required. I'd totally recommend him and will use them again.

Nu-life were very professional from the start of the booking appointment to the finish of the cleaning. We had area rugs cleaned, a recliner cleaned as well as room carpets cleaned. All was done with care by the cleaning staff and our carpets looked like new again. We will definitely recommend your service and will use your service again! Thank you again for your great service!

We had not had our home carpets cleaned in over 10 years. The technicians were professional, paid attention to detail, and were able to remove alot of the stains that had built up over the years. The carpets looked great. Both technicians wore masks and respected physical distancing while in our home. It was well worth the money spent, and I will definitely be asking them back next year.
